In The Sims community I answer to the names of V, Vig, or Vigmed. And this here is my "Simblr," where I will be posting random screenshots of The Sims 3. When it comes to The Sims 3 I don't play the game anymore and have been solely making poses when time allows, which isn't that often. I'm not always around, but I do check in from time to time. I Can Stop Whenever I Want

As much as I'd want to play the Sims, what keeps me from doing so is knowing that I'd spend too much time looking for CC. So, I dont. Bad thing is, I had moved my CC addiction to Skyrim years back. I only recently even finished a full play through and beat the game ONE time. I have over 1,500 hours on that game. I like to mod. Lol Now I need something new.

...of scrolling through my dashboard and rarely clicking the “like” button. Even if it makes me laugh, or interests me enough to check out their page for a few minutes.

A Nice Thing Happened

Late last night, or early morning, I stumbled upon photobucket. Haven't used that thing in years and took a few tries to get into my account. Man, now that was a trip. I had a bunch of old sim pics from like '09 - '11. Mostly story pics from when I used to do stories on that old sims 3 site that they got rid of. It made me laugh. I couldn't remember the particulars of the story I was telling at that time but they instilled good feelings within. The details are forgotten but I do remember the overarching story. Looking at the old stuff made me want to revisit tumblr. ... It all feels so long ago. Well, I'm here for the moment. Will probably post some of those old pics later.

This is really difficult, as there are so many wonderful simblrs (and I suck at praise and platitudes).  I’m going to pick on some of the oldest blogs I’m following:

geekycamimh:  Cami is the one who coerced me into starting a simblr.  She has been a good friend and confidant.  Her Sims stories are fresh and innovative; if you haven’t read them, you’re missing out.  *pokes her for an Unity update*

berrysweetshoppe:  Berry is a trend setter!  She has turned the Sims community upside down with the inclusion of berry Sims.  Always nice and very friendly; she goes out of her way to assist others with their [sometimes inane or repetitive] requests.  Let’s not forget her fabulous machinima and her recent success as a published author.

vigmed:  We got to know each other on The Sims 3 forums.  He’s been a good friend as well.  His stories were/are entertaining and engaging.  His poses are meticulous.  *Zing zing*

These three I’ve known since 2009.  First on the TS3 Forums, then on a forum I had for a couple years.  It’s sometimes hard to believe we’ve known each other from the beginning days of TS3.

Ah, man, yeah, since 2009.  I kinda blame TS4 for ruining any desire I had to keep playing the game.  TS3 is cool and all but I was really looking forward to something more with 4.  I am glad that others have found some enjoyment from it and will be looking forward to The Sims 5.

I can easily agree with everything you've said about Cami and Berry.  I'll save a more personal post about them if I respond to the tag/letter you sent.  AND OF HOW MUCH I HATE YOU. Some acts can never be forgiven... and you'll never get your bike back!

The Plan

It's been a long time since I released any poses and some have been done for well over a year now.  Stuff happens, y' know?  Sometimes really serious stuff...

After having completed my latest pose I didn't really feel like relearning how to make a pose list.  Instead I felt like making a few more poses.  That was when I started thinking about how long it's been since I released anything.

I would very much like to have these poses available before Christmas, as a gift.  I will try.  Till then, I will see if I can't cram in a few more poses.

Was messing with this idea for the alternate pose.  I like it but still need to adjust a lot of things, test looks good tho.
