We’re walking in the “Out of the darkness community walk” this weekend in Fargo to remember family and friends and hopefully raise needed ongoing funds for suicide prevention. Put together this little lockup for T-shirts that commemorate our 3 family members that we lost to suicide within the last 18 months. Talk to people. We never know how much someone might be hurting.

On press tonight…Sometimes it’s hard not to get distracted by the textures and color, or lack of, that are left on the press when setting up alignment and making test prints on scrap material. The absolute best part of crafting a design is when you can finally see a printed tactile piece–print isn’t dead. .

In the north everyone needs a reliable homemade bottle opener made from early 1900’s era barn wood! I collected a bunch of barnwood from my wife’s Great-Grandparents old farm in Shelly, MInnesota that was set to be raised. They were one of the original settlers in that town. The old barn was very impressive.
