Just so you guys know they totally do it in the poem.  Amoret insists on having her own room while she thinks Britomart is a man, until she finds out she’s a woman and is like OH, THAT CHANGES THINGS and they hop in bed and Spenser gives the renaissance poetic equivalent of “AND THEN THEY HAD A LOT OF FUN LET ME TELL YOU”

Hi everyone. I’m wickedalbion’s girlfriend and as much as I’d like to do everything else but this, there are some things I need to take care of and that includes his work. Esther passed away two days ago. Some of you might know that he had some health issues: he was diagnosed with cancer seven years ago and he fought every day until this moment. I won’t explain exactly what happened because I know that’s not what he wanted. He always told me he didn’t want to be his illness. Esther was the most incredible, most wonderful person in the whole world. I’ve know him for eight years, we’ve been together since before his illness. He loved art and his work more than everything in the world and I’ve never seen anyone working as hard as he did, despite all the pain and the exhaustion the endless days we spent in the hospital. I don’t really have the strength to write anything else, knowing that he’s not here anymore takes my breath away and writing this post has been agony. Please, remember him through his art. It really was the most important thing in his life.
