sudden thought I’m throwing into the ether:

Bloodymary The Last of Us AU

Grace is the mycologist the government called to examine Patient Zero, and terrified of the implications, he tries to flee the country with everything he knows. They catch him before he reaches the airport and throw him in jail.

Cue the night everything goes to shit and the chaos triggers massive panic in the jail. Cell doors are thrown open, inmates are being killed, officers are being mauled, and Grace is terrified out of his skin, 100% he’s going to die.

Cue a death row convict with an overwhelming drive for survival saving him from being mauled to death. The guy runs off on his own, and Grace, panicking, follows him.

They make it out, they run for the hills, and now have to figure out what to do with each other.

#like okay I always loved the “zombies can't detect humans if they are covered in zombie shit” trope when the chars have to survive something #aka the original bill and frank scenario #<- omg op imagine it being exactly the same. them splitting after a fight but finding the other right before tragedy strikes #like The DRAMA! THE ANGST!! sO MUCH POTENTIAL HERE #Or idk maybe Grace and Rocky find Simon again after YEARS separated by the plot™ while on a supply run for the Erid sanctuary #and Simon going through a massive cocktail of emotions because he thought Grace *died* because he left him alone for days after the fight #I cANT SLEEP ANYMORE. I NEED THIS #i have not seen A Quiet Place so i won't comment on that tho #and Grace feeling guilty that he hadn't tried to look for Simon earlier (like imagine he lost his arm in those years of separation)#others art

Kinda just want to say, I strive to draw Simon more as an approximation to his appearance in the movie rather than him looking like Mark.

Absolutely no shade to the wonderful artists that draw him perfectly! I just don't feel comfortable with the ship/nsfw art i make feeling like I'm shiping the irl people rather than the fictional characters.

So yeah, heads up for when i post his titties while being horny on main, if i make him huge is because i like huge milkers, not because Mark has them 💀👍🏻 😂
