i'd personally say that yup, there would def be young simon as a little, the butcher as both trauma holder (religious trauma mostly, i believe, cuz of eden) AND aggressor (maybe protector?), but when it comes to convict.. i kinda see him as a host and a subsystem? not a big one, maybe around 2-3 parts, but yeah. i can't really explain it, i just loved this idea. the way he acts throughout the movie.. just yeah. we may or may not be projecting our host on him who is a subsystem who knows.
