I don't understand how this is not standard practice, women have to deal with there uterus disintegrating every month and all the pain, nausea and hormone imbalance that comes with that. this should be universal.

i kind of want to start working out more but i struggle with routine horribly and i can’t make myself exercise without a strong preexisting enjoyment for that type of exercise (i.e. i can make myself walk, swim, box; but that’s because i like those specific things, not because of any sort of routine or discipline). does anyone have any tips for trying to motivate yourself to exercise that’s NOT just ‘force yourself to go every day until you like it’ (i won’t) or centered around building a routine with the built-in assumption that routines get easier with practice? i have adhd and they simply do not
