Poor gangs never got their story finished before their untimely demise. But that’s for the best; nothing was going to go well for them. So much for the “heart of the rebellion.”

But I may as well have drawn their designs planned when I was gonna do the Silver Ore arc. I guess.

Originally a sylveon. Lost his body and became a sableye. Got it back before I advanced the plot. And then I realized I had never drawn him when vanitas-and-co was a thing.

So here have this like month old drawing.

Do not be afraid. Your sacrifice will not go entirely unrewarded. You have this last moment to feel each other’s presence as you are. The worlds you have created through this battle will be protected. You will each be reborn. Some of you may meet again. However, you will not remember each other. Or what has transpired You will be designated a guide who has. They will keep you safe. Fantasia thanks you from the deepest pits of it’s heart. And with that thanks, it apologises that it came to this. The world no longer cries. The vice no longer curses it. Rest easy, heroes. You are safe now.

So. My old canon was erased, obviously. Since I never finished Vanitas-And-Co’s story officially, I wanted to give the main four a proper send off before they are reborn in the new world. I managed to drag my hand across my tablet long enough after letting it sit under an ice pack for 1000 years.

For what I planned to put them through, they deserve just a moment’s rest. It’s the most content they’ve been in decades.
