my emotional regulation lately has been terrible. of course i am on my period but its not only that. especially sensitive to sadness. minor things will send me down a spiral and i feel like a small child. ive been really stressed lately and thats a huge factor. im on the normal max for my antidepressants butim seeing my psych this week. genuinely i wish i could be a kid again and be comforted. i want to curl up and go back to safer times. its pathetic.

i genuinely cannot handle bad things happening to cats. i love all animals and i get sad when any of them get hurt but cats especially they’re like children to me
