i absolutely blasted through this based on my design notes/ideas. this is my courier!! originally, i just made an old oc of mine, but then he kind of started to become his own beast. so here he is!!

fun fact: the reason he's called chip is because he can't remember his name. the only thing he could remember upon waking up was his delivery. so he goes by chip, until he eventually rediscovers his name and more stuff about himself. he also has a lot of mood swings and violent outbursts right after the accident. he's going through it.
