Why wait until Sunday when you can have pancakes every day ♥️ especially these days I like to treat myself more often for being so strong and patient, I think we all deserve to be a little kinder and sweeter to ourselves. Do you agree? ☺️⁣ ⁣ 🥞 CHOC-CHIP SWEET POTATO PANCAKES 🥞 ⁣ ⁣ 𝑹 𝑬 𝑪 𝑰 𝑷 𝑬:⁣ 60g sweet potato flour // Süßkartoffelmehl⁣ 1 tsp ground flaxseed // 1 TL gemahlene Leinsamen⁣ 100g almond milk // Mandelmilch⁣ ½ tsp baking soda // ½ TL Natron⁣ 1 tsp lemon juice // 1 TL Zitronensaft⁣ 2 TL coconut sugar // 2 TL Kokoszucker⁣ 1 Tbs banana protein (optional) or more flour // 1 EL Bananenprotein oder mehr Mehl⁣ a handful of choc chips // 1 Handvoll Schoko-Drops⁣ ⁣ 𝑯 𝑶 𝑾 𝑻 𝑶:⁣ Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, first the liquid then the dry. Fold in choc chips at last. Brush out a frying pan with coconut oil and bake pancakes on low to medium heat from both sides until golden brown. Serve with defrosted cherries, soy yogurt and more chocolate drops. ♥️⁣ ⁣ 🇩🇪 Zuerst Milch, Natron und Zitronensaft vermischen. Dann die restlichen Zutaten dazu. Schoko-Drops am Schluss einrühren. Auf mittlerer Hitze 1-2 EL Teig pro Pancake von beiden Seiten anbraten. Mit Kirschen, Sojajoghurt und Schoko-Drops servieren. ♥️⁣ ⁣ ____⁣ ⁣ Liebe Süßkartoffelmehl weil es natursüß ist.
