Hello if you're reading this! Some things changed so i'm editing this, agian.

I'm Mint and this is my blog as you can see and i mostly post about Gale Dekarios or my art here. The daily Gale yap is tagged as "Yapping about gale dekarios until i get his plushie" if you want to know, but i do not continue it anymore. I will still post about him, just not in such format.

Feel free to give me suggestions if you want me to mention something specific in the Gale yap or if you would like some specific headcanons, or tbh if you have anything to say, i don't mind.

Beside fanart and yapping i also write fanfiction, but i have a big break now.

Some of my posts might contain nudity or be suggestive, but i don't post anything nsfw, if i mention anything that needs cw or tw it is both in tags and above the "read more" cut. If i didn't add a cw or tw somewhere and you think i should, feel free to tell me.

Also if you are intrested in my oc's and their story i will tag it with "Cathedral of Perfection" because that's how this whole story was meant to be called, but i also have other oc's which i will tag differently because they don't fit into any specific story.

Finished embraced durge run and wanted to share some screenshots :3

I have no idea how for few years i didn't spoil this ending for myself but untill the end i was CONVINCED i will be able to stay with Astarion, especially because i started to like him more in this playthrough. And well, the ending made me very sad so next day i loaded a save from fight with Orin and did a redeemed durge ending. But because the first ending i wanted to do since the start was embraced durge, i decided to write some quick one shots about it and consider it the orginal ending for my durge. I plan to post some of it sooner or later when i finish writing and drawing it, but i don't know when that will be

+ bonus redeemed durge and very short Gale amd astarion (or tall durge)

I also now started Gale orgin because i missed him during that run

I feel like this isn't orginal idea but i didn't see anything simmilar before sooo...

Ngl i still hate doing backgrounds but it could have been worse, and i really enjoy putting Alucard in pretty clothes.

Also since i was absent for two months? I think? Here are some type of updates.

I still don't have the Gale plushie, BUT i still plan to make one for myself this winter,

I probably won't countuine the daily Gale yap because it started to not be daily anyway, i will still post about Gale just not in that way,

I don't have any new Gale art because i have been focusing about my oc's more, i will draw him more when i finish my new oc drawing,

So overall i'm coming back to being chaotic and irregural in posting and i don't feel bad about it.

I was gone for long time, and i can't promise i will post regurally now, but i will try to a bit more often.

I also figured out that making my own Gale plushie will be much cheaper than buying it and i will also put more heart into it so i decided to try and make it myself in the winter. For now i embroider him a bit before putting the pattern on my t shirt or pants. I will share my first try when it's done too! Beside that i also been doing some writing but i don't know if i will post it yet.

I also made a shelf dedicated to Gale, for now i put some of his photos there and purple candles and cool rocks i had. I latley find a lot of peace and love in doing things related to Gale so i want to do as much od them as possible. I still can't express how much i love his character. I would lick his face if i saw him (not really, i would be too akward to do it... but i would want to).

Does anyone else just forgets Gale has a beard, sometimes? Because after i wanted to edit his appearance (just give him some make up), something bugged and his beared disappeared, and i noticed something wasn't right but for more than hour i was stopping middle game to stare at him and couldn't tell what wasn't right, meanwhile Gale looked like that:

Only after my friend pointed it out i noticed it. And like- for some reason it's not the first time i just forget about his beard. Every single time i draw him, i get confused because "something looks off" and it's always the lack of beard.

He still looks fine without it, but i need to admit he looks better with that beard.

I just had a dream where i was in a fight with someone and i was about to give up but then i thought "If i die i can't love Gale" and i won the fight because of that thought. I love that Gale is my motivation for everything even in dreams.

Okey so, little background needed for this. I believe me and my friends made up a new word, because i never ever saw anyone use it before, and when i try to look it up nothing comes up. The word in questions is in polish, and it's "konradować" (i can't tranlaste it in any other way, than konrading and you will see why in a moment) it is a verb we made up after reading "Dziady część 3" by Adam Mickiewicz in school, specificly the wielka improwizacja part (The Great Improvisation in english, you can read it here), where at one point Konrad is trying to get God to speak with him and accuses God of being only wisdom and not love (if i translate right lmao), and wants to fight with God, and get simmilar power etc. etc. (I might have messed something up, i don't fully remember it, but as i said, you can always read about it somewhere).

So Konrading would basiclly mean feeling one is as great as god(s), wanting to fight god(s) in any way, doubting god(s) and everything simmilar, but only in ones mind/Only thinking about it and not doing anything to accomplish this (because Konrad does want to fight god and have his power but doesn't get answear and faints at the end, without changing much).

Having said that. I think Gale would love Konrading. Especially Act 2 and 3 Gale, but i feel he would do it even pre canon and maby even post canon too.

(keep in mind we made that word in a non serious way and of course it isn't official term to describe anything, just funny word based on character from a school reading. Also there is more layers to The Great improvisation, but i didn't want this to be too long + im shitty at explaining things)

i got camp activities mod and Gale is sleeping all the time when we are in camp😭

He is so silly with it too, just falls on the ground anywhere he is.

i was so sad to refuse the weave channeling scene, i need him badly it's not even funny.

Omg i went to get Karlach today and Gale said something like "i'm smooth enough to make up for two" and like how can i not love him? i try to romance Astarion for my friend now and every time i try to get myself into him and i already think "ok that's it" Gale says something i never heared before and i immidiendly want to run to him. Sure Astarions sass and silliness is funny and i enjoy his character a lot too but Gale, oh Gale the men you are. Yes dear you are smooth as fuck and that's why i love you 💕

So yeah today i'm acting a bit like a lovesick fool for him (i am one after all)

I finished the game. And omg i feel so weird. On one hand i'm happy i finally finished it after a year of playing but on the other hand i'm sad i will never feel the same way i did when playing it for first time.

SPOILERS BELOW

I'm also extremly sad because i didn't manage to convince Karlach to go to Avernus. I had option to go with her and i clicked it but i realized if i do it i can't be with Gale. I have no idea why i couldn't make Wyll go with her, i guess i just did something wrong along the way when talking with him or misunderstood something but i could either go with her and leave Gale or let her die and marry Gale (i think she could go alone but i also didn't want that), And it just made me so fucking sad, especially when i talked about her with other companions on epilogue party. I wanted to talk about Gale, and how excited he looked before the netherbrain fight, and how happy he and Koderick were after it, and how sweet they are as husbands but i feel i should focus on Karlach now, because well, i feel like i fucked up. Also what Withers said at the end about her was so sweet and sad at the same time.

I thought i will be so happy when we finally finish it, and when Gale proposed to Koderick, but i just couldn't be when Karlach died one cutscene before that.

I'm starting new playthrough tonight and i WON'T make that mistake again. I will also share some photos i took in game tonight or tomorrow.

I'm also in desperete need of fluff fanfic about Gale to make me feel better (With Karlach too) so if you have any reccomandations, feel free to share them.
