Led Zeppelin’s 1972 Tour was not as well documented as other tours. Therefore these pics from San Diego Sports Arena are special in capturing the band at this incredible point in their career. Their next tour in 1973 would see them break attendance records that surpassed even the Beatles, such as having 56,800 people in attendance at their show in Tampa, Florida. Truly Amazing!

I love how Neil Jordan and co. picked Lee because he’s so very pretty, dressed him up, and sent him in with nothing but the vaguest of instructions, and literally no idea about what was going on. Lee just entered the set to see Tom Cruise wandering around in slutty heeled boots and approached Tom, asked a few questions, and just just followed his lead. All for the most authentic reaction possible. 10/10.
