Anything to help with stress induced depression?

hey there! thats a great question! :) there is some things you can do to help: 

try your best to not get stress too much by limiting what you do in a day

prioritize your needs that need to be done faster so you wont be stressed trying to do things in a day that can be pushed to a later date

some stress is actually good for you, so when you start getting or feeling depressed, do activities that are positive and you enjoy (or try a new activity!) 

find out what exactly triggers your depression when your stressed (what leads your depression on) 

try changing your lifestyle to a healthier one if you have a negative lifestyle 

exercise is great for stress and depression! but dont push yourself so hard when exercising 

yoga is another thing that can help stress; it can relax you

making sure you get enough sleep 

having good eating habits 

seeking therapy can be a good thing to help minimize your depression; there is cognitive-behavioral therapy that could help 

and having “me” time is a great thing when you are super stressed and depressed!

Hello lovelies, you might know me as perfectweight-xx on Tumblr, but on here you can call me Angelica (my middle name). As some of you might already know, I decided earlier this year to try and start the road to recovery, so I started going to a therapist and an eating disorder clinic (doctor/dietitian/group therapy) once a week… the problem is all the amazing help I was getting is not covered by our health care anymore, which means I can no longer receive the help I need. This has already caused me to relapse and undo quite a bit of the progress I had made, so I would really like to go back to the eating disorder clinic and receive more help. I did a rough calculation what I will need for two months of treatment, and put the total as the goal amount on here. If I don’t raise the money by the end of January the clinic will take my name out of their files and use my space for another girl, which means I’ll have to wait over a year on the waiting list to get back in. I know it’s a lot to ask, but if you could donate even $1 or $5 that would help SO much. Thank you all, you truly are the best followers I could ever ask for. I love each and every one of you <3
