Stumpfox

A creature design assignment I finally finished!

These critters live in the overgrown, forested areas that used to be large cities, typically in areas with high air moisture so their moss will help them fit in.

Thier physiology and therefore expressions and movements are mostly a mix of fox and rat traits, althought there are some racoon influences in there. They are rather flexible but sturdy, sacrificing the flexible ribs of rats for the hardier build of foxes, which aids their mimicry of logs.

I like to imagine they have habitat specific subspecies although I haven't designed those yet.

Warforged dnd character I designed for @rosedottmblr !! This was so fun to design, especially with how clear the vision was :D! A warforged Pugilist is such an interesting concept, especially one with the origins and stats this one has. This one is a comm I don't typically offer but I REALLY wanted to work on this oc's design and we figured something out :D

I made my players emojis for christmas and forgot to share them smh. I tried to give them all a unique style while keeping the players from the same group within similar styles. Can you guess what the groups are 👀

Some outfit designs for an oc I made a while ago. They're technically a dnd oc but their story has made them impossible to turn into a proper character without doing some changes to their lore or making a custom race. They're a warlock/druid :D! The third and fourth outfit are during a semi infiltration arc into a cult (they got kidnapped and their god wants them to stay a while smh.)

The green outdit's main coat is made of velvet with the plant designs incoorporated into the fabric. The scarf tied aroud their waist is embroidered as is the first. Fourth one is knit.

First Blender Project done!

I learned a lot of things during my 3D modeling classes so far this semester and this sculpture really took a lot of figuring out to use them! Doing the mental gymnastics to turn a cube into literally any other shape sure is a leaning curve. It took me about 30 mins of turning around that mesh cube, cutting, and recutting it before I finally figured out how to start making the totem. For the plate at the bottom I had to make a new triangle, put it on top of the plate, and use a brush to put the symbol on bc I couldn't figure out how to do that without losing the shard edges, aka subdividing it to hell and back. Is there a better way to do that? The chains were so annoying to deal with but look so good, honestly. Just wish I applied all transforms while the base was at the origins point instead of some random chainlink so that rotation wasn't as much of a nightmare. I didn't address it yet, but,,, the Revenant obsession came back full force for this one. I was crashing out over not being able to sculpt bc I kept beign distracted by the references I needed and my friends made su much fun of me 😭

2025 Art summary!

I've always wanted to do one of these and decided to finally do one of these this year! Lots of improvement I didn't notice at the time, honestly. And a lot more fandoms than I thought, oops? Here's to another year of art!
