SN-334 was built shortly after the Battle of Geonosis and was purchased by a Jedi General to aid the Clones under his command. The Jedi encouraged him to develop a personality instead of the blank slate he’d started out as, and he quickly picked up on sarcasm. The Clones were delighted, to say the least.
Heavily modified by his next owner after the Jedi was restationed, he was made to be less fragile than other members of his base model, then was immediately shoved to work right at the edge of the front lines. He somehow managed to survive not one, but two wars, and eventually found himself under the command of Jackie. It was Chase to finally give him the name “Schneep,” and he loves that he has a name after so long!

his base model is a 2-1B surgical droid. he’s been heavily modified with sturdier limbs, better covering over his inner components, and extra arms
his right eye was broken when a disgruntled pilot threw a helmet at him when he wasn’t released as okay to fly. that was during the Galactic Civil War, but because he’s a medical droid and considered disposable, it was never replaced
aside from patches of information, his memory has never been completely wiped
needle is filled with anesthetic. other spare arm is a saw he’ll usually use to cut armor away, but he’s also very rarely had to use it to saw through bone
while he can’t emote through expressions, his spare arms are extremely expressive. while they’re usually tucked against his back, they’ll rattle together if he’s excited, droop if he’s sad, come up over his shoulders like threats if he’s angry, etc.
speaking of the above one for angry, his programming was modified to allow him to defend himself or his patients. that’s a big no-no and immediately cancelled the warranty on him, but you should see others’ faces when he’s suddenly using that saw as a weapon or the anesthetic cartridge rotates out to be replaced with a poison one. a medical droid in the defense mode it definitely shouldn’t be able to have is surprisingly terrifying
he’s the voice of reason when Jackie and Jameson start fighting

Subnautica Crossover
The chief medical officer aboard the Aurora, Henrik fled the crashing ship in Lifepod Twelve. Sinking into the bulb zone next to a geyser, he was rescued by Jackie in the midst of a panic attack.
He’s uncooperative, oft complaining and waving off suggestions of what he should be doing to help, as he expects rescue to show up at any time, now. It takes him a while to realize that it’s not coming and that he needs to work with the rest of them if they want to get off the planet.

when he first tried to leave Twelve, he couldn’t hold the hatch open against the water forcing its way in and gave up, though not before two fish ended up swept into his pod. one was a Peeper infected by the Kharaa, the other a Biter. while he was investigating the Peeper, the Biter sank its teeth into his ankle. as ocean water doesn’t help (like some people believe) and just agitates wounds and can increase swelling, it won’t heal like it should
when it comes to major surgeries he has no idea wtf he’s doing. Alterra would make its doctors rely so much on robots that Henrik has never even been allowed to perform a surgery on his own and more or less just supervised the robots
while he’s a slow swimmer, he’s a strong one and could drag one of the others to the surface with ease, even if they’re panicking
he absolutely hates the planet. can he just go home? please?
The city’s first hero, “Medic” started the team after moving there when he finished his medical education in France. With him, he brought the boy he’d adopted there: Marvin, though ironically, neither knew the other had powers to start with.
Up until he was injured to leave him paraplegic and went into a brief retirement, Henrik and Edward (”Healer”) were the heroes’ leaders. He wasn’t able to stay in retirement, and returned to the Hideaway, as there was nothing he wanted to do more than help people.

while he’s originally from Germany, he moved to France for college. it was there he babysat a rich couple’s young son to earn some money on the side while going through his education. the Magnuses didn’t like their son, whereas Henrik started to see him as his own kid. it took many conversations and a lot of pleading, but they eventually agreed to let him adopt Marvin shortly after he finished his education and was preparing to move to America
he also has two other kids--twin boys--who live in France with their mother. they try to visit him a few times a year and have a good relationship with him and their adoptive brother
after he learned that Marvin also had powers, he did his best to help him learn how to use them
lives in an apartment. Jackie is his roommate, and while he knows that Jackie is a hero, Jackie doesn’t know that Henrik is also
in-costume, he uses a fake American accent. under stress, however, his true accent slips through
during a big fight, Chase (”Bro Average”) accidentally shot him in the back after Shawn Flynn (”Toymaker”) used him as a human shield. the resulting paralysis forced him into retirement not only from being a hero, but a surgeon at the city’s most popular hospital. he ended up working in a drugstore after that
three years later, he went back despite his injury
Bing built the robotic attachments pictured above. while they don’t provide a lot of movement, they do hold him upright and allow him to take slow steps to get him around a table/reach tools to be able to tend to the others’ injuries. not pictured is the bit that crawls up his spine and attaches at his neck to force his back straight and help him stay balanced
The group’s medic, Henrik would rarely leave their vault unless accompanied by one or more of the others. While Jackie acts as their leader, Henrik could be called his voice of reason, often helping him figure things out that may be a little more complicated than they may look from the surface.
At one point he was attacked by a survivor they know only as “Anti,” who stabbed him in the eye and then attempted to drown him for his supplies. With the water being filled with disease, Henrik fell extremely ill afterward. Dr. Iplier was able to cure him, but not before it took a toll on his body.

along with Sean, the two of them pooled their money to purchase a small vault out in the middle of nowhere a few miles from the city. while they’d hoped they would never have to use it, they were beyond grateful to have it when it was needed
Henrik was the one to deduct that they were likely in cryosleep for 100+ years before their vault deemed the air safe enough to wake them up. he was the first of the group to wake up
he was a foreign exchange student in college, which was where he met the others
keeps medical supplies in his satchel
he and Edward believe the illness he got was a mutated form of tuberculosis
after he was cured, he was left extremely weak. while he technically can walk, he needs something to support himself and gets exhausted easily
Once a surgeon, Chase was slowly able to coax him to his side. By the time his wife noticed that something was off--he was just taking a little too much interest in certain parts of the horror films they watched together, and was that blood on his shirt, and why doesn’t his smile reach his eyes anymore?--it was too late. As a show of loyalty, Chase made him kill his family. He succeeded only with his wife, with Wilford showing up in time to save his kids and get them out of there.
Henrik was the one to “sway” Jackieboy to their side, and, while Chase is considered the leader of the trio (himself, Henrik, Bing), Henrik (along with his “attack dog,” Jackie) is the one the heroes usually end up facing in a fight.

his favored weapon is a meat cleaver. the others think it, along with his stature and blood-stained apron, make him look like a horror movie butcher. they’re starting to think that’s exactly the look he’s going for
he and Dr. Iplier have a bitter rivalry that often teeters on the point of violence between them. while Henrik is more hands-on, Edward likes poisons, and drugged Henrik with a hallucinogen at one point. the drug made him try to claw his own eye out, blinding himself in it
in retaliation for the above, Henrik later cut off some of Edwards fingers. so. lose-lose??
he sells body parts on the black market. if his “patient” pisses him off, he’ll keep them alive and awake as long as possible while dissecting them

Monster AU - Vampire
Having once resided in Central with the other Septics as roommates, Henrik fled the home when he was bitten, accidentally, by a wounded vampire. He was terrified of giving in to instinct and hurting Marvin, the only one of the group to have remained human.
Now sharing a territory with Jackie, they do their best to stay out of sight of humans--especially Hunters.
other stuff + design notes below the cut
--Do not copy, edit, or repost my works. Reblogs are appreciated!--
he was a heart surgeon before he was turned. the moment word got out that he was no longer human, he was erased from the hospital’s files
blinded in right eye by a Hunter. the knife he was attacked with was covered in dead-man’s blood, which could have easily killed him had the Hunter been more experienced. because of it, the eye took a long time to heal, didn’t heal well, and even scarred over is painful to the touch
keeps in touch with Host, who’s also a vampire. if Henrik and Jackie’s territory is short on prey, Host can usually find a way to get them food, and in return Henrik gets him new stories for his late-night horror radio show
vampires in the AU are inspired by the Supernatural ones. like them, these vampires have two sets of teeth: their original set from while they were human, and the razor-sharp fangs that retract up into their gums. when extended, the vampire fangs are set in front of the human teeth
he extends his claws and fangs when hunting, feeding, or feeling threatened
One of the last to leave the Figmental Plane to avoid fading, Henrik set off on his own: To clear his head, to come to terms with everything, and to avoid his creator as long as he could. One bad thing leads to another, and he eventually finds himself with less-than-desirable company.

used to be close to their creator, but has drifted away from him by the time the fic starts. he’s bitter toward Jack and doesn’t want to hear from him
he sucks at driving at first. like. sucks, sucks. but eventually, he’s the only one who can wrangle the motorcycle dubbed “Wheelie” because of how hard it is to control
the scar on his cheek was from a bullet grazing him
can’t give away too much now, can I? ;) I’ve started the rewrite, btw~
Third oldest of the canon Septics, Henrik was created as a doctor. After his creation, he further honed his skills as a surgeon, to be more specific. A caffeine addict, emotional, and having gone through hell and back, he’s a spitfire. A sarcastic one, at that.

central heterochromia in both eyes. primarily dark blue, with greenish around the pupils
second-tallest of the Septics at 6′6″. he’s also broad and heavy--chubby, with strong arms
he’s got big feet, so it’s hard for him to find shoes that fit. he mostly sticks to boots because of it (totally not inspired by my giant of a brother. nope. not at all)
multilingual. speaks German, French, English, and British Sign Language
later down the Main Verse timeline, Anti stabs him in the back (see my fic When One Goes Down). it results in loss of movement in his left leg, and some nerve damage to the right. if he’s having a good day, he can use crutches for a while, otherwise he’s usually in his chair
after he was injured, the Septics’ home completely redecorated his lab so everything would be reachable from a chair
during the nine months that Anti had him, he was stabbed in the eye. after he was rescued, Dr. Iplier had to perform emergency surgery to remove it the infection was so bad by that point, hence the glass eye. his body is also covered in scars from that time
he’s Anti’s favorite target. he’s incredibly hard to break and it drives Anti mad
the others are totally jealous of how full his beard it. just saying
Chase is a Bothan, as well as a smuggler. He was adopted by an Ithorian couple as an infant, so he sometimes struggles with Basic or other languages and has a throaty/growly voice. He has a crew that consists of two Corellian hound littermates (Kye and Sophe), as well as three droids (Beeper, Bolt, Slink). Two other droid (Bing and Schneep) join his crew later on.
As neutral during the war, he quickly grows tired of Jackie and Jameson’s bickering. Yeah, yeah, you were on opposing sides, but can’t you just get along for FIVE MINUTES??? At least Schneep is there to be their voice of reason.

Chase seems short compared to some humanoid species, but he’s actually average height for a Bothan. even so, he easily gets annoyed if his height is commented on
his fur reacts to his emotions. sometimes Sam startled him just to watch it fluff up
good at fixing droids. that also means he can fix Jameson’s cybernetics if they get damaged; it’s a good way to bridge trust between them
his ship is a repurposed junker he jokingly named the Detritus
had an on-and-off relationship with a human woman for a few years before they eventually decided to cut it off permanently. he had two kids with her he doesn’t know about
despite being the smallest of the group (besides his astromech, of course) he’s feisty and can be scary when he wants to be. a mouth full of fangs, two big dogs at his heels, and an assassin droid at his shoulder? he can make even a seasoned bounty hunter hesitate
The Aurora’s chief of nonessential maintenance, Chase was in the middle of noting down repairs that the lifepods needed when the ship went down. After making sure that his maintenance crew made it into what he thought was the best pod, he went for the nearest one to him: Lifepod Five. Little did he know that Five would land in the only safe place in the area, and be only one of two to remain floating.
Chase is the one to take charge of the group of five survivors--as well as the only one who knows how to use the repair tool. He’s hesitant to explore new areas, but much more willing if Jackie accompanies him. The two act as their primary searchers.

the pendent on his choker was made by his daughter
his maintenance crew consisted of four other people he was in charge of. two of them perished on the ship. the other two used Pod Three, but their Seaglide blew up to kill both of them before they could leave it
he’s got a nasty cut on his temple that his hair hides. during his pod’s landing, a panel tore free and hit him in the head (just like in the game, so that’s fun!)
fast but weak swimmer. if one of the others was drowning, he’d be one of the last people they’d want to try dragging them to the surface
Unlike most of the city’s heroes, Chase isn’t superhuman. He was just a normal person who chose to start helping, and now he’s one of the most famous (or infamous) heroes in the city. He relies on parkour, as well as tools and weapons built by Bing, to do his job.
other stuff + design notes below the cut
--Do not copy, edit, or repost my works. Reblogs are appreciated!--
out-of-costume, he’s a stunt double for movies. he’s gotten incredibly good at parkour and not hurting himself doing stunts as a result and can do things even some of the superhumans struggle with
superhumans are treated like wanted criminals because they scare the regular humans. because he’s not one, authorities are always confused on what to do with him whenever they do catch him. but...he’s a slippery bastard and always manages to escape
in-costume, he wears colored contacts since his left eye would be pretty recognizable otherwise. he also wears red makeup around them to make it harder to tell their shape
bullet-proof vest
older than he looks; he dies his grays. he’s actually in his 40′s
accidentally shot Henrik (Medic) and put him in a wheelchair for life. he still hasn’t forgiven himself for it, and it happened years ago. he considered putting away his mask for good after it happened
usually works alongside Jameson (Stopwatch) and Jackieboy
The group’s scout, Chase has a tendency of sneaking into places he probably shouldn’t. This habit has gotten him into scrapes he only narrowly escapes from, but it’s also what allowed him to find Dr. Iplier, thus a possibility to save Henrik. He’ll often accompany Marvin when he goes scavenging to act as another pair of eyes, and occasionally helps Jameson hunt (though JJ typically prefers to do so alone).
other stuff + design notes below the cut
--Do not copy, edit, or repost my works. Reblogs are appreciated!--
he’ll sometimes wear a raincoat if he’s worried about being rained on
his choker’s pendent has his kids’ names on it. he has no idea if they survived, but he hold out hope that they’ll run into each other one day
now that he doesn’t bother with bleaching his hair, his grays show through
...I forgot to draw his backpack. :/ it’s the same color as his pants and looks more or less like the ones the others carry (baggy, stitched in places, etc)
he’s covered in scars he’s gotten from other survivors. they don’t usually take kindly to people scouting around their camps
his mask annoys him sometimes; the filters on the side obstruct his peripherals a little
Alongside the King for the Ipliers, Chase is the lead antagonist for the AU. More or less swapping places with Main Anti, he’s sadistic and a control freak who talks with his gun or through possessing others. He controls Ego Central’s city and keeps it on the verge of collapse so its citizens are too busy keeping everything together to go after him.
He wants the Septics who oppose him dead and strives for full control of the channel. Attention from the fans means power for him.
other stuff + design notes below the cut
--Do not copy, edit, or repost my works. Reblogsa are appreciated!--
his skin is more ashen than his other versions
like Main Anti, Chase possessed Jack in Say Goodbye--though in his case, he made Jack shoot himself, leaving Chase with a bleeding temple instead of a slit throat. the others assume the gun Jack used was Chase’s, as it disappeared once Chase left
had a pretty easy time convincing Henrik to join him. forced Hen to kill his wife and (try) to kill his kids to prove his loyalty
Bing is his right-hand man, and together the two of them cause chaos
the change to his skull logo is subtle. the eyes are X’ed out, and instead of the shine, it has a crack
claws instead of nails. his teeth are also sharper than they should be
he was an accidental creation. Jack was trying to do something fun to improve the other Egos’ morale, and it was taken out of context by the fans. thus, Mirror Chase was created
In this universe, Chase’s suicide attempt was successful. It wasn’t until months after that his spirit was able to make itself visible, and Chase actually didn’t even realize he was dead until his first appearance about gave Henrik a heart attack. It’s unknown what his spirit is linked to, as his body was cremated, but he’s unable to leave Central. His memory tends to falter sometimes and he has no concept of time.
He starts out as a very playful, childlike spirit, but eventually becomes depressed the closer to death Marv gets. After Marvin’s death, Chase’s hold on himself falls apart and he becomes a vengeful spirit. At that point, he starts to forget why he was even upset in the first place, as well as his own name, and Central falls into anger with him.
other stuff + design notes below the cut

As a spirit, his eyes turned silver. the pupil and iris are both ringed in a dark blue, and the veins in the sclera are more prominent than they should be/always appear bloodshot
His spirit stayed behind because he died violently, filled with negative emotions, and wasn’t actually ready to die
after becoming vengeful, his temple started to bleed again. the drops of blood hit the floor before fading away as if never there
Henrik was bit by a vampire shortly after Chase’s spirit showed itself. he fled out of fear of hurting Marvin, leaving only Marv and Chase in their home. Chase grew to resent the others for leaving, but kept it to himself. his resentment likely contributed to how fast he fell into letting his negative emotions consume him to turn him into a vengeful spirit
his bracelets are his kids’ favorite colors: Kyler’s being purple, Sophie’s being red. their names were sewn into the fabric. Marvin suspected they’re what his spirit attached to, but no one’s been able to find either of them, which only confirmed his suspicion
whether Chase or Central hid the bracelets, neither of them can actually remember anymore. they’ll both get violent if trespassers get too close to where they’ve been hidden
The one to lead the first group out of the Figmental Plane to avoid fading, Chase paved the way for the rest to get up the courage to follow suit. He’s one of the Egos’ big voices when it comes to making decisions, and the one to often conduct important communications with humans.

has a semicolon tattoo on his left wrist
choker is reversible. the other side is the same violet as the sunglasses the skull on his hat wears
wears sunglasses in public, even if he doesn’t need to. he knows sectoral heterochromia is completely natural, but he still doesn’t want humans staring at him if he’s just going about his day
one of the ones who had the easiest time settling in among humans. he also has an easy time communicating with them without getting nervous/awkward
giant, black, angel wings tattooed on his back
his group was the first to get their own place (a duplex apartment), and also the first to have anyone get a job (the Twins)
Chase has Empathy as an ability, so he can Feel the emotions of those around him. it’s part of the reason he has a much easier time with humans than some of the others do: he knows exactly what they’re feeling, so has a better understanding of what he should or shouldn’t say
Chase is second-youngest of the canon Egos. On the surface, he seems very happy-go-lucky and is always wanting to cheer the others up. Fortunately, the others have gotten good at seeing through his facade and know when it’s his turn to be cheered up. If any of the others are in trouble, he’ll be at their side in a heartbeat.
other stuff + design notes below the cut

bleaches his hair
speaking of his hair, it’s incredibly hard to control. he’s kind of just given up and just lets it do its thing
sectoral heterochromia only in left eye. when he was first created, he was embarrassed by it and would wear a colored contact to hide it, but he eventually learned to embrace it
under not-so-good circumstances, he learned that being bulletproof is one of his abilities
has a purple bracelet with his son’s name, and a red one with his daughter’s
semicolon with pulse line tattooed on his wrist. Jackie also got a semicolon on his neck to show his support for Chase
spends a lot of time outside, so is pretty tanned
typically has a very athletic build, though easily gets more of a dad bod in periods of inactivity (usually during long depressive episodes and/or long stretches of bad weather)
he can clip pendents to his choker. his daughter likes making him hearts and flowers for it and he wears them proudly. his nails are often also painted because of her; she really likes to use pink or blue
Jameson was an Imperial officer in charge of a small group of spies and hackers during the Galactic Civil War. He and his team didn’t have any one set location, and were instead moved between outposts and ships to offer their aid wherever it was most needed. He was severely injured in an explosion, resulting in the need for the cybernetics shown. Shortly after, he also got an AJ^6 (the one covering his ears that wraps around the back of his head) to improve his productivity, though at the cost of limiting his personality.
After the Empire lost the war, he was sent to Sunspot Prison. He was later released under a strict parole to aid Jackie with a mission that needed a hacker.

he lost his voice in the explosion that injured him, so uses a vocoder in its place. as stated above, he can remove his vocoder so that he can eat and whatever. the vocoder’s voice is flat and robotic regardless of his emotions
limited movement in his waist. if he needs to turn around for something, he’ll turn his whole body
his prosthetic eye has a night vision setting
there are ports drilled into his skull for the AJ^6 to connect into
some planets may have residents who react violently to his presence (Empire = Bad). he wears a hood some places in an attempt to conceal his face
really hates magnetic defensive measures. he won’t admit it, but he was magnetized to a wall once in an Imperial base during a Rebel attack when the magnets were activated to take their weapons from them
Chase is determined to help him relearn some of the things his AJ^6 took from him
starts the AU as a hardass who hates the rest of the group he’s stuck with. but come one. even former Imperial Jameson will learn he can’t hate them forever because they’re an endearing bunch of idiots
