Hi, could you please write a fanfiction where Luke isn’t feeling well but he doesn’t want the others to worry so he doesn’t tell them. It’s up to you what happens after that.

Luke never really made a fuss when he was sick. He would normally just stay quiet about it and rest until he knew that he was better.
But of course, it was always just something small like the cold and nothing as serious as this time.

“Hay Luke!” Calum shouted while running up to his band mate, “are you ready to go on?”
“Yeah,” Luke says while smiling weakly at Calum.
He hadn’t been feeling well for a while now and every now and then he would get a painful thudding in his head which kept on getting worse. But he refused to tell the rest, not wanting them to worry, because he knew that if he did they would cancel all of the shows for that week and he couldn’t have that happening.
“Are you ok buddy?” Calum suddenly asked sounding worried as he snapped Luke out of his train of thoughts.
“Yeah, I’m fine, just a bit tired,” he says, mainly to reassure himself but also to reassure Calum who was starting to look really worried.
Before either of them could say anything else Luke walked away quickly to get ready for the show.
After Calum saw Luke leave to get ready he quickly run over to Ashton and Michael.
“Guys, Luke doesn’t look to well. I think we should keep an eye on him while on stage,” Calum explained to his friends while constantly looking over his shoulder at Luke.
“He looks fine to me,” Michael replying while tuning his guitar.
“Yeah, I’m sure your just overrating,” Ashton says while putting a hand on Calum’s shoulder, “he’ll be just fine.”
Calum sigh in defeat as Ash and Mikey walk away, ready to go on stage.

They were onto their last song and everything was going fine until Luke started missed some of the chorus.
At first no one really noticed or was concerned by it until Luke started to stumble.
Suddenly in the middle of one of the verses Luke stopped singing.
The rest didn’t know what to do so they continued to play, thinking that the youngest had maybe forgotten some of the words.
That was until Luke suddenly fell to the ground with a large thump.
“Luke!” Calum suddenly cried out as him, Michael and Ashton ran to the younger boy.
The fans were also in a state. There was shouting and some were even crying but the boys just blocked them out as they kneeled down next to Luke.
“Lukey? Can you hear us?” Ashton asks while gently shacking Luke.
When he didn’t get a response he started to shake a little bit harder but it didn’t work.
“Shit! He’s not responding!” Ashton shouts while looking up at Calum and Michael, fear clear in his eyes.
“We need to get him off stage!” Michael says quickly with a hint of panic in his voice.
Carefully him and Calum swing one of Luke’s limp arms over each of their necks.
They both quickly walk off stage as Ashton goes to tell the fans.
“Hi guys, I’m really sorry about this but Luke has fallen ill so we won’t be able to continue the show. I hope you all understand!” He explains to the fans.
As Ashton rushes to the rest of his band mates he hears all of their fans cheering and shouting out “Get well Luke!”
Silently Ashton thanked his fans for being so supportive.
“Is he ok?” Ashton asks while quickly running towards them.
“We’re not sure. He hasn’t woke up yet!” Michael says while putting a hand on Luke’s shoulder, who was propped up against the wall while leaning against Calum.
“Shit!” Ashton quietly curses under his breath, “has anyone called an ambulance yet?”
“Yeah, one of the crew members called them as soon as we came backstage,” Calum replies while moving Luke’s head back onto his shoulder as it slipped off.
“What even happened? He was fine before the show!” Michael asks while putting his head into his hands.
“No, he wasn’t ok!” Calum suddenly bursts out, giving the other boys a fright, “I told you that he wasn’t ok before we went on stage but you guys just told me to stop overreacting!”
After saying that Calum started to calm down as the other two looked down in shame.
“We’re sorry we didn’t believe you Cal,” Michael says while playing with his top.
Suddenly sirens were heard outside as 2 paramedics ran into the building.

It had been about 2 hours since Luke had been taken to a hospital, and in that time they had, had to do a lot of tests on him.
“Is there anyone here for Mr. Luke Hemmings?” One of the doctors asks while coming out of a room.
“We are!” They all shout in sync while jumping onto their feet.
“Is he ok?” Michael asked anxiously, while looking worried.
“Your friend is fine, we ran some tests on him and he has a bad case of the flue and his throat is a bit swollen so when he wakes up make sure he takes it easy. Your allowed to go in and see him now,” the doctor says but doesn’t get to finish as the boys all rush into Luke’s room.
“Hay Lukey,” Calum says softly while sitting next to Luke’s bed, with the other boys sitting on the other side.
Luke was lying in the hospital bed, fast asleep. He had a small bump on his head from where he had hit it when he fell and he was very pale but not as bad as before.

“Lukey!” the boys all shouted when they saw Luke’s eyes open.
“What happened?” Luke croaked out as he slowly tried to sit up.
“You fainted on stage,” Ashton said soothingly while rubbing Luke’s arm to calm down the younger boy.
“Oh god! The fans!” Luke suddenly shouted while trying to stand up, making himself cough harshly.
“Shhhh, it’s ok. The fans understand. You have to take it easy, ok? Otherwise you’ll be stuck in here much longer,” Michael says while Ashton carefully pulls Luck back into the bed.
After a while they all drifted off to sleep apart from Calum who stayed up to make sure that Luke was ok and to apologise to all of their fans on Twitter.

It had been 5 days since Luke was rushed to hospital and he had finally been discharged.
When they all got back to their flat they made sure that Luke took it easy and made him promise that if he was ever feeling sick again then he would tell them.
After all, that’s what family’s for.
