Karliah sipped her coffee quietly, normally she would have gotten a cup of hot tea but she literally just got off a very long plane ride from her vacation in Seychelles. The jetlag was getting to her and she needed a pick-me-up, badly. She was meeting Eros at the coffee shop. They planned on it before she left  and she wondered if he would remember. If he didn’t show Karla wasn’t going to be upset, the holidays can be a hectic time and they could always reschedule for another day. She was going to miss Seychelles; it was beautiful there and there weren’t tourists all over the place, the people were friendly, and everywhere you look should be a work of art hanging in a museum.

Eros walked into the small coffee shop and instantly found Karliah sitting at a table. Her skin was bronzed and a smile seemed to etched onto her features. He gave her a curt nod before going up to the counter and ordering himself a coffee. Once paying and collecting his drink, he found his way to the empty seat across from her and sat. "Você está linda." He exclaimed and took a small sip of his drink.
