The sentence is to introduce the work detail of the employee. It tries to tell others that the employee ever worked on improving the performance of some algorithm. To be precise, it’s a Target Recognition Algorithm. The employee had improved its performance remarkably since it ever cost 10 millisecond but now only 3 millisecond of CPU time.

One part of your spoken language that you can focus on improving is your pronunciation. Try to check your equipment and software, me specifically, I use QuickTime Player to make audio and video recordings. Good Luck. :)

English syntax. Sometimes you use Russian syntax (the order of words in the sentence) in your English sentences.

Here are some small tips to help you to improve your spoken English:
First of all, there are several moments throughout your speaking where you do not pronounce the letter S at the end of certain words. Listen to your recording again and pay close attention for nouns that should be PLURAL, and you will notice that at times you do not pronounce the S at the end of the word.
Additionally, while your speaking is very good, there are moments during this post where you have moments of unnecessary pauses/hesitations. Improving your fluency is one part of speaking that many members of ENS are trying to improve. The best advise I can offer you to improve your fluency is to continue to improve your vocabulary and to practice your spoken English on a daily basis. You need to make English part of your daily life routine. This will allow you to practice consistently, which will help your speaking to become more natural.

Nice record Vijay. One small tip: In the middle of the record you say "...from different state from India ... from different country also...". I suppose it is better to say in a quote above: "from different state of India ... from different countries also" The "countries" is in plural.
