No, Lucas most certainly wouldnât put Vivian and average in the same sentence and he didnât recommend anyone really trying to do that. Not only admirable as a captain, Lucas thought she was also admirable as a person. He naturally fell in awe with women who held their heads high, who didnât just let people walk all over them, and stood out above everyone else.
He was also a little terrified of them but in a good way.
âThe cheerleadering world or Palmetto?â Lucas asked sincerely, looking between his bowl and Vivian. âIâm all for everyone know it but⊠are Exy teams even on the cheerleading circuit?â He didnât know. Lucas didnât follow the competitive cheerleadering world outside of their campus. Competitive dance, once upon a time considering he grew up in that world but even now his interest has fallen flat. A lot of his interests have fallen flat.
âBut a victory party? Thatâs my cup of tea right there,â Lucas turned his worried expression into a beaming smile. The actual partying, he didnât get too involved into that often anymore but planning and decorating? Now that was right up his alley. âPlease tell me we can do a themed party. Like sure, itâd be a victory party but a themed victory party? Opens up to so much more fun.â He took another bite from his smoothie bowl before he set it down on the table.
âEveryone loves a good Vixen party.â
âSportâs a sport, all that cheerleading world requires is we do our sport so,â That and even if they didnât qualify, Vivian would have been perfectly capable of finding and locating blackmail material to make sure that they did. Sure, that wasnât ethical or maybe defeated her purpose a little bit but hey an in was an in.
âThemes?â Vivian raised an eyebrow, trying to work that out in her head. Parties were parties, they were all shots, good lighting for selfies and regrets in the morning. âLike what sort of theme? If itâs something weird then Iâm putting my foot down as captain,âÂ
Her head was going to those weird fancy dress weddings that people did, which was also a big no.Â
âThatâs true,â Viv conceded with a nod of her head, âWhich means that we have a reputation to uphold,â
