YES THIS IS HEAVILY INSPIRED BY PITY PARTY BY MELANIE MARTINEZ, I LOVE MELANIE (also because my birthday is coming soon so I thought Malleus should celebrate his too)

Bitto's redesign: I made his humanoid form more draconic because I wanted him to stand out more from the humane crowd. It's to make him look more intimidating towards humans + I don't believe that his horns and tail are the only dragon features he can display. He blinks like a lizard and his innards are green. 🐉

And I'm not done with my Crybaby Wonderland series. I still got some more ideas in my head for a specific group in this school.

The other boys were crying so prettily (Silver) that I decided to make Lilia be the ugly crier this time. To be fair when you hatch your crush's baby after 200 years, it's hard to cry with grace.

I took many reference selfies of myself & my plushie to imitate Lilia's scrunchy face and tried my best to translate to paper, but it's definitely one of those moments when the sketch looks so much better than the lineart. 🥹

I had so much fun making the Silver full art because this guy is so pale so I can finally slap white pen all over him as highlight. I also get to draw his silly sweater.

Starting off strong with my absolute favourite character in Twisted Wonderland: Sebek Zigvolt ⚡🐊 I realised how big the angst potential is for Diasomnia, so I'm separating their postings otherwise their file sizes are too big.

I think his original design was super cute, but I wanted to add onto his name reference so I redesigned him to look more croc-like while maintaining human features. You can see more in the bonus down below 🐊

Ortho - ...I headcanon that Idia did not add a "crying" module for him, so you get 2 bonus full arts below 😚

I really love drawing the Shroud brothers so much because their hair is so fun to render 🔥 It's like colouring in some bubbles in the shape of fire. Do you guys think Idia gets bald when his hair touches water? 🤔

(Diasomni-waahhh is next in Crybaby Wonderland so... you guys need to know that I have a favourite dorm. 🥹)

I spent a surprisingly quick time with the last picture because I fell for the colour theory trend 😚 Basically I wanted to practice purple underpainting with a limited selection. I had a lot of fun though and recorded the process but lost the footage to the most important portion 🥹

Crybaby Wonderland will be coming to an end soon! Just a few more boys left!

Finally completed Scarabia, this is my first time drawing Kalim so he looks a little wonky 🥹 Again, double chibis because I couldn't decide which one I liked better.

Jamil: Bug chasing him / Kalim invited Ruggie without telling him in advance so now he has to cook for a whole village

Kalim: Jamil says no party allowed / (slight angst) Near death experience

The OG Crybaby dorm, Oct-Waahhh-Vinelle 🐙🐬🦈

SURPRISE!!! NOT ONLY 2 OF EACH CHARACTERS BUT ALSO ALL POSTED AT THE SAME TIME! 🥳🥳🥳

The tweels were obviously the most difficult part because there's very little reason why they would cry, so I made them into both forms 🐟

I really liked her design from back then so I only re-drew her in my current rendering style.

Here is the lore I prepared for her:

Meet Stargazer, she is a witch who enjoys wandering the night sky and could access universes through constellations.

She once met a Traveller who enjoyed creating paintings through their dreams, but lost contact shortly. 7 years later, she came across a familiar face under the same skies they walked together. (Guess who? 🫣)

Craziest part of it all is struggling with a limited colour selection, which you can see more for my struggles with Jack that I also uploaded on my TikTok account 🥹

Ruggie Bucchi! ...took me a surprisingly long time to make. We already know what he's going to cry over so I was quick to make the sketch after making Leona's lineart.

I didn't have the perfect blend of his hair colour so I took some creative freedom in his overall design. I mean... why introduce a spotted hyena character if he's not gonna be spotted?

Leona was uploaded here, so only Best Boy Jack is next in the Savana-Cry dorm!

Starting Savana-Cry strong with everyone's second favourite, Leona Kingscholar!! 😚

I was actually surprised that I could draw Leona in like 5 seconds with just a sketch, but I guess my past of drawing Anime Furries came in handy for the beastmen.

Ruggie will be next, but you all already know what he's going to be crying about 🥹

Finally, the Freshies! Spent the longest time on Ace because I didn't have his hair colour available, so I had to test out some layering technique in hopes that he doesn't look too much like Hinata (Haikyuu) 🥹

And now I'm done with the Heartsla-Boo-hoo chibis! Here's Riddle, Trey and Cater in case you missed it. I will be moving on to Savana-Cry next 😚😘 see ya!
