➳ lucifer feels the tug in his soul, the only forewarning he gets before he’s suddenly in your room at your house in the human realm. he spins around, and finally sees you, sitting at your desk, not even looking up at him.
“hello, mc,” he says, moving closer, and you finally look over. he notes the bags under your eyes, the tenseness of your shoulders, and knows you’ve been having a rough go of it. wordlessly, he holds out his arms in invitation.
you stand, pushing your chair back, and practically launch yourself into him. he holds you close, letting you bury your face into his shoulder. you stay like that for seconds, minutes, and lucifer would be content to wait forever if that’s what you wanted.
when you finally do draw back from him, the difference is palpable. already, your face is brighter and you’ve untensed, at least marginally. “thank you,” you say, blinking as if to get ahold of yourself. “i just really needed a hug.”
“well, that’s what i’m here for, darling,” lucifer says softly. “and if at any point you want a second one, be sure to let me know and i will be happy to provide it.”
➳ mammon is excited to see you, but when he finally does and notices you’re not nearly so happy he quiets himself. “babe, what’s wrong?” he asks, and you give him a weary smile.
“i just had a really bad day,” you begin, “and i wanted to see you.”
“well, here i am,” mammon says genuinely. “what can i do to make you feel better?”
you bite your lip. “can i have a hug?”
“you never have to ask for that,” mammon says, pulling you into his arms. you settle into his arms and mammon sighs at the familiar feeling. he’d been missing you, and though it really sucks you’re not doing great, he’s at least grateful for the chance to see you.
“i’ve missed you,” you mutter into his chest, and he doesn’t bother to hide his smile.
“i’ve missed you too,” he replies honestly. “and i’m always ready to come see ya, so how about next time you don’t wait for so long, okay?”
you nod. “i’m sorry.”
“don’t be sorry,” he scolds lightly. “life happens. now, whaddya say to cuddling and watching crappy movies until you’re feeling better?”
➳ levi opens his mouth, ready to greet you happily, when he sees the stress on your face and the tiredness behind your eyes. “hey,” he says, more muted, “is everything okay?”
you shake your head, and without thinking he bundles you into his arms, trying to wrap you up tighter than an octopus. you melt into his touch, wrapping your arms around him in turn, and he’s glad that you’re leaning into him, since it really looked like you had needed a hug.
“what happened?” he prompts, worried.
you sigh. “just a bad day, is all. thank you for coming.”
“when would i not?” he asks. “i’ll always drop everything for you when you summon me! you’re my henry, after all!” he feels the little huff of laughter you let out and inwardly smiles, proud of himself.
“still,” you say, voice muffled since your face is pressed to his collarbone. “it means a lot.”
“i’m glad,” he says. “can i do anything to make it better?”
you shake your head. “no. just being like this is enough for me.”
his arms instinctively tighten and he presses a kiss to the top of your head. “well then we can hug for as long as you want! i’ll never get tired!”

⇾ it’s fairly often that you’ll find lucifer holed up in his study, hard at work, late into the night. times like these, you like to bring him something to eat even if it is just some sweet treats. it’s better than nothing and you know lucifer’ll neglect to eat otherwise
⇾ don’t expect any help in the kitchen, however. it’s not that lucifer won’t, he’s just often too busy to have the time. but he’s more than willing to buy whatever you’d need, least he can do—especially if it’d make you happy

⇾ he’ll be no help in the kitchen, but at the very least, he’ll come with you to buy the ingredients. and the smell of any of your baked goods is one of the few things able to rouse him from his sleep

It was a night at the demon lords castle, and the human was cooking tonight. All of purgatory hall, house of lamentation and the demon prince with his butler were there, nearby them. Midway they were cooking they felt anxiousness bubbling up within their stomach and let out the loudest yell they ever shrieked "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE, YOU MIGHT CURSE THE FOOD OR SOMETHING!"
All eyes directed to them in shock, but the human spoke once again "Besides for you two, I trust you two" they stated, pointing to Barbatos and Luke
Diavolo
He's very curious as of how you make such amazing dishes, so he would want to see you cooking up close to see exactly how you make these spectacular foods!
When you let out that yell, he was shocked, but understood how you felt...er- or at least tried to. He respected what you wanted though and left the kitchen. In his opinion, as long as he ate your amazing cooking, it was worth it.
Barbatos
He has tried your cooking once during that retreat back in lesson 7, he thought it was decent for a human and would like to have it again, maybe he'd even teach you how to cook some devildom dishes.
When you yelled out, he was almost already gone out of the kitchen, but once you pointed to him, he walked right back. He will so for sure teach you how to cook certain devildom food now. He's actually quite glad you trust him to be around you when cooking.
Lucifer
He's ate your food before, and absolutely loves it. He particularly likes it when you cook for him late at night when he's staying up working, so he appreciates your cooking, human food or not.
The moment you told everyone to leave, ouch, his pride just got stabbed, not like he'd admit to it ever though. He'll still walk out of the kitchen, after all you did request for everyone besides for the chihuahua and butler to leave.
Mammon
He doesn't care much about your cooking; he thinks it's pretty good for human food but could care less. Still make it for him, he craves it.
How dare you make him leave the kitchen! Lucifer had to drag him out of the kitchen so you’d be left alone. [not counting Barb and Luke] You bet he tried to sneak back into the kitchen but got caught by Luke.
Leviathan
To be bluntly honest, he probably wasn’t even in the kitchen in the first place, he’d probably be hiding somewhere on his phone. I’d honestly would be doing the same.
He could hear your shout, and honestly, he thought it was an anime protagonist yelling before powering up.
Satan
No opinion on your cooking, he enjoys it and if it is cat friendly, he feeds the stray cats any leftovers of your cooking.
Wasn’t even in the kitchen in the first place, though he definitely could sense your building wrath, so he wasn’t surprised you yelled. He felt satisfaction when he saw the look on Lucifer’s face, he could easily tell that Lucifer’s pride got struck a bit.
Asmodeus
He LOVES your cooking as long as it doesn’t have too many calories, he thinks it’s absolutely delicious.
Oh he had to hold in the laugh when he saw Mammon’s face when you shouted, it was priceless! He even got a picture and posted it to devilgram. But his own reaction to you shouting? He felt a bit hurt, why don’t you want Asmodeus in the kitchen near you? But he listened anyways, he for sure filmed Mammon trying to get back into the kitchen

Give him your food, he wants it. Beel adores your food a lot, just like any food he eats. Cook for him, he loves it when you cook for him.
He didn’t care that you yelled, and he just simply left. As long as he gets to get your food, he’s happy.

Thinks your cooking is fine, but could use some work. He is so willing to “teach” you. Too bad he doesn’t know.
For sure was standing right beside you, trying to tell you how to cook. With that shout he quickly made his way out of the kitchen, he’ll have to teach you another time.

AAAAAAAAAAAA- please replace Solomon and move into Purgatory hall and cook for Simeon and him instead, please. But besides that, he enjoys your food, Luke has definitely taught you how to cook some celestial pastries before.

he’s a little shit. always too egotistical to admit that he likes you and in this case, you are his girlfriend. his brothers kept noticing how he looks at you with heart eyes and eventually asks if there’s anything between you two or if he has a crush on you. to his defence, he’s the great mammon, he wont be caught falling for anyone.
“mammon, come here for a second,” Satan demands the older guy. “what?” Mammon said, confused before heading over to the guy sat beside Leviathan and Belphegor. “do you.. like y/n?” Satan asks, looking up at his brother. Leviathan and Belphegor were also eager to know the answer.
his eyes widening for a split second before replying, “uh.. no? why would i?” rolling his eyes then crossing his arms. not knowing that you were sitting behind him doing your assignment Lucifer gave you while he’s saying this. you turned to the scene and made eye contact with Leviathan as he gave you a frantic look.
“i mean.. you look at her all the time.” Belphegor was determined to get Mammon to finally spill his feelings. “..huh? maybe because she’s so ugly. how could someone even be that unattractive anyway?” he rolled his eyes, shocking all of his brothers. just as everyone thought it couldn’t get any worse, he continues to add, “you think i would date someone like her? of course not.” the hint of arrogant and cockiness in his voice made you want to punch him. his brothers looks at each other awkwardly, fully aware that you were there.
“is that how you really think?” your tone and expressions were unreadable as Mammon looks at you with widened eyes. the 3 brothers now looking at the scene unfolding with a “i cant believe he did that again” expression.
stumbling over his words as he tries to come up with a logical answer to defend himself. “wh-what? i mean.. yeah, of course or i wouldn’t have said it.. but yer not—“ you quickly cut him off, not wanting to hear his nonsense anymore. “okay then,” packing your books and storming out of the room. leaving all 4 brothers in regret and agony.
“shit.” Mammon muttered under his breath.

the both of you were studying for an important exam Lucifer told everyone about. he told you he needed to go to the bathroom and left.
15 minutes into studying when you finally realised that he hasn’t come back. you decided to take a quick break anyway and left to go find your boyfriend.
“yeah. she’s so fucking annoying,” you heard his voice, confused on who he’s talking to or even more so, who he was talking about. you decided to peek at the conversation. you were met with Solomon and a few other students that you had never seen him talk to.
“really? why’re you with her then?” you tilted your head up at that. with? who else is he dating other than you? raising an eyebrow as you paid more attention to the conversation. determined to not get caught and staying slick.
“she’s just smart ‘s all. have to get my grades up,” everyone laughed at that. the tone of his voice was disgustingly confident and truthful. frowning, you bit your lower lip in disbelief and turned to your back. walking away to where you had studied.
you needed to study and you weren’t going to let Solomon ruin your grades. you’re just going to ignore him and break up with him that’s all. problem fixed. you needed nothing more than to hear another word coming from his foul mouth. an apology maybe?
not long after that he came back. “hi, princess. what part are you on?” his tone cheerful. it used to sound normal coming from your boyfriend but now it sounded like he faked everything. you ignored him as he looked at you before continuing, “you okay?” he asks, worriedly. “yeah im fine. other than the fact that i caught my boyfriend talking shit about me. to who? some students that i had never even seen you talk to?” you rolled your eyes at him, grabbing your bag as you attempted to leave.
“wait wait wait, hold on, princess, what?” he grabbed your wrist. stopping you from moving. “don’t act stupid, Solomon.” you pulled away from his grip as you continued walking.
