Hey, hi. *waves* At the urging of a few friends in my circle I’ve set up a Ko-fi.
I need help.
Since Friday, December 22, 2023, my mom has been in ICU on life support due to pneumonia and a couple complications. Seven days in and it’s still too early to say what will happen, what kind of support she’ll need, or when our new normal will settle into a rhythm.
Currently we’re fortunate to have her job still providing pay and I believe I’ve figured out a work schedule for myself around her current care after New Years, but there’s so much unknown about upcoming expenses and medical bills.
My mom is the only family I have.
I know this time of year many budgets are tight and the spare change in your couch is needed. The last thing I want is someone to spend their last dollar on me. If you feel led to help, I’m grateful, but if you only want to send kind thoughts, prayers, vibes, and love to the universe (and maybe a reblog) I would greatly appreciate it.
