This is related to my post about my friend. I finally caved in and drew India... 😭 She loves it and thinks it's very peak, so I succeeded :')
She told me to draw India because she's Indian and barely sees India content. I hope I represented it well.
Time Taken: 4 hours 28 minutes
would it be body horror in some aspect if, when the UK was a baby, he had the features of the human mother who gave birth to him but as he got older they were slowly replaced with features more identifiable as Scotlands or Englands. It’s just this process that happens to human-born countryhumans - and no one really knows why or how.
England has never looked at his son and seen himself. At first it was that human girl who he never really knew, who had no choice in surrendering her son. Now he glances at him and for a moment, sees Scotland. Her eyes and the way she walks. But he’ll never look and see Britain.

I suppose the point of this is that i can’t see any sort of strict social taboo system existing between countryhumans that is any different than standard cultural politeness. Idk I don’t see the species that are mostly all hundreds of years old and all live very separately all over the world being able to enforce any sort of exclusive oppressive system.
Though I’d like to elaborate on the more interpersonal ways it would happen. It’d be much less of an identifiable class thing and probably depend on the individual personalities (and extensive mental issues) of each country and the power they hold over each other in relation to politics.

True forms are a thing all countryhumans can shift to when in their homeland. They are typically born in these forms and learn to shift into the standard ch form as well as a human form. These forms are based on the national animal 90% of the time (occasionally it’s an animal or mythical creature with a lot of cultural influence)

I really like hornets sitting sprite and i think Scotland and her cloak has that aura. Her cloak is a thing she got from kingdom of Norway and has kept ever since, though altered it a lot to make it warmer, add some tartan on the inside, blah blah. 🥹 i could talk about my ch lore forever
