It's kinda tough one, Jesse and Jack are stronger than the others, their powersets are quite varied. While Alan & Saga's powers are more passive and long-term. But in Alan's case, his power can surpass Jesse & Jack who can change the fate of others like when he messed with the fate of the Saga family.
