Dandelions

It’s such a peaceful night in Beforus. The avian lusii are singing, your fellow trolls are galavanting around, and you are simply walking in the more nature-y areas of the highblood districts.

As you walk past McMansion hive after McMansion hive you come across one in particular with an interesting view.

A field of flowers grace your eyes. The many golden heads of dandelions flow in the breeze while the older white headed ones spread their seeds to the wind. If one is to remember their flower history they would remember that, “ in Victorian Flower language, dandelions also symbolizes love. In addition it is a symbol for faithfulness, divination, grief, bitterness and the sun.” And spiritual, “ dandelion represents hope, dreams, wishes, communication, creativity, and manifestation”.

There are many more flowers in this garden but it’s mainly this sea of gold that has your attention as you eyes gaze upon it. As you continue to canvas the area you spot a figure standing within it facing away from you. They are dressed in gardening gear and what appears to be a red scarf??? You know it’s night but it’s pretty warm out already but hey that’s the stranger’s preference so what you gonna do.

The gardener appears to be adding more flowers to this golden sea as you can see them stabbing into the dirt with a small shovel in hand. Next to them appears to be a packlets of seeds and newer flowers ready to be transferred.

You were about to walk away from the stranger, obviously focused in their own gardening world, as a strong gust of wind blows nearly all their seed packets and hat in your direction. The stranger seemed more focused on ensuring their scarf stayed on than any other item on hand. As the wind finishes it’s aggressive flow and all has calmed you see this mysterious troll start to look for the missing items now laying at your feet.

It was a regular day on beforus. The night is bright, the streets are busy, and there are many a troll and their assumed partners and friends nearby.

As you walk you appear across an individual leaning back outstretched on a bench.Their head vanished into the bushes behind the bench as they slightly arch to the sky. The pinkish jacket they’re wearing is zipped up until their abdomen revealing a shirtless chest for all to see.

It’s not long as the arch of the mysterious pink clad body just goes lax on the bench with a huff of air from the bushes.

Is this guy okay? S-should we get their head out the bushes?? Or let them rest?
