I haven't watched yet because it's a bit difficult to find somewhere I can watch Filipino movies. I'm sharing because the actresses were in the first mainstream GL (The Rich Man's Daughter) back in 2015, and it was a big deal. I helped do captions for it!

hating yourself because of the past won’t actually change it, so maybe forgiving yourself because now you know better is better than torturing yourself over it again and again. at a certain point, you have to accept what happened and your regrets about it and move on and take whatever lessons you’ve learnt with you, since every mistake has something to teach us. being cruel towards yourself doesn’t make the situation any better and it will only hurt you more and more. forgive yourself for not knowing better and forgive yourself for torturing yourself by ruminating on your regrets over and over again.

Everyone is having fun and playing while Hamza's family is dying from malnutrition and severe anemia. Hamza himself suffers from thalassemia, which he inherited. This is very dangerous because his body is deficient in many vitamins and essential medications. If you're actually on your phone right now, just take a minute away from watching and playing and donate to or share Hamza's campaign. He's trying to get treatment for his family, and no one is standing by him except us. Any support will make a difference. We mustn't forget that Gaza has been subjected to genocide and continues to be violently attacked by the occupation.

Another important thing I need to talk about is why people with followers on Tumblr don't help by sharing posts. Just one click can change the lives of many grieving families. Please donate to them or share.

I’m making this post on the behalf of Nader and his large family. Currently they are suffering in Gaza and need aid.

Nader’s father is in a battle with cancer. In Gaza, medical and other costs are extremely high due to limited infrastructure and extremely low supplies. Nader is looking to evacuate his family and get his father help, but the costs of this evacuation are incredibly expensive as well.

Anything helps.
