Blood Angel's pride themselves on the neatness and perfection of their fangs like their father Sanguinius, who's fangs where long and elegant like sacrificial daggers. They bite carefully, even in combat. Taking enough to stave off madness and lick their lips clean or swig it down with wine and wash out the metallic taste before the find themselves craving more — a distraction from the baser desire beneath the filigree armor and baroque refinery.

While lamentors are cursed with fangs that grow crooked or improperly, rot/cavities grow quicker, easily chip and sometimes even break due to their poor genetics; which cause many lamentors to get implants or simply live with one missing fang or slowly loose them all. Their teeth are more beast like and prioritise as much blood flow as possible by having a first larger set and a second, smaller incisor to puncture twice and to maim better than their more refined cousins. Many lamentors cannot afford to abstain like the Blood Angel's though they know the risk of biting, so instead they drink from vials of blood already drawn and cut it into their nutrient paste rations.
