I spent an unreasonable amount of time painstakingly recreating the famous LIFE Magazine-cover used for the cover of the 1983 edition of the book The Society of the Spectacle, in the art style of the game Mosaic, for a video project. Made a design based on Tarantino’s Red Apple Cigarettes, mainly using references from Pulp Fiction. It’s far from exact, but that wasn’t the goal. Made four of them, and none came out perfect, but learned a lot for possible future batches.

Now I can smoke cigarettes and feel like Uma Thurman.

Artistically this isn’t very interesting, I know. Techically, however, I’m very pleased with the result. A lot of interesting problem solving.

After the red devil I just wanted to throw something together, quick and dirty. So I did a reimagining of Bourne as a Sin City type thing. Because I was watching Bourne.

Got something in the works that will hopefully be done soon. I just have to get money so that I can print it.

Tried a few different animals here, but eventually settled on a pair of long-haired guinea pigs. I think she’s fabulous.

Asked a friend what animal Bernie Sander’s hair would be. He answered raccoon without a second’s hesitation. And here we are.
