The Robotic Legs clip is now one year old, and so is my membership with the Fox in Space community. I only started to go to the streams to learn more about the process of frame-by-frame animation, but I ended up finding a lot more than I expected.
I found an addiction in the streams. I met so many cool people there, including Fredryk Phox. There was a certain warmth I experienced in the streams. I don’t know why I want to use that word, warm.
Played some games with Fred and some others
Experienced the Termi beeps
Kai’s cringe-worthy FurAffinity discoveries
Chatting with everyone while I waited in line for Star Wars VII
Watched Fred make Monte Cristo sandwiches in his kitchen
Worried about the health of Fred and his chickens when the coop caught fire
Feared for the future of the series when Nintendo wanted to shut it down
Spontaneous music streams!
Furstre.am - Vannell, Nuvoe, Anitoonz, Hammy, Cactus, Roon, Peppy, MASHed, Kai, Sonny Hyena, Sparks, Joshua
There’s more but I can’t remember cuz im dum lol
All of those while discovering some great artists and discussing the future of Star Fox as a whole.
The Fox in Space community grew bigger and I became more conscious of my shyness. I couldn’t help myself from blending in to the woodwork and it frustrates me that I’ve let this happen. I guess I should change that.
Ech, this is a sappy and stupid post. I wanted to make it for myself, though. This is a kind of thank you, I guess, for inspiring me to work toward my creativity. Without the Fox in Space community, I wouldn’t have started my own project that I have grown to love so much.
So, here’s to another year with the community. See you all in the next progress stream.
