I have been doing crossfit on and off for about 5ish years (on and off) and today was the first time getting consecutive double unders. It's a skill I have never really worked on. I made really (and uncharacteristic) good choices on food all day. I had a bit of a sweet craving, and didn't want my hard work to go to complete shit. This was what I came up with: 4 cut up strawberries, and 1/4 cup of halo vanilla bean ice cream. Low in sugar, and calories sand an extra kick of protein. Boom.
