Not featured in the play, he was the real-life Lady Macbeth’s son from her previous marriage. In this au his biological father is a loner but as far as he’s concerned, Macbeth is his dad.

Design-wise, he’s similar to Lady Macbeth (colours, hair tuft, spotted tabby). He’s polydactyl - 5 toes on back paws, two dewclaws on the front paws -  and his spots are kinda based on spiders: Black widow hourglass on his back; freckles in a wolf spider eye formation; spider bite “piercings”

Yay, ghost shenanigans! This was kind of an excuse to show how i differentiate StarClan and dark forest cats (I’m sorry I made you look at Macbeth's gross neck stump). 

I’m planning on doing an inktober/goretober type thing this year so if you want me to tag anything specific then give me a shout ^-^ otherwise, I’ll go with my general tags for stuff.

hi oakpaw!!! how are things??

Oakpaw: Hi there, things are pretty awesome!!

Oakpaw: Dad’s been bringing me to every gathering so I get to see my TthunderClan family at lease once a moon.

Oakpaw: My cousins are great. It’s great to Lioncloud about how short he is cause he always denies it, Eagletail is super cool as well.

Oakpaw: Their dad is less cool. I don’t think it’s just a Riverclan thing for dad’s to be involved in their kit’s lives so I don’t get why he never speaks to them. He’s not as bad as Aspentail but he’s up there on my “cats who suck” list. (making the owo face usually makes both of them back off though)

Oakpaw: On a brighter note, Flamepaw’s been going great lately. Aspentail was giving him a hard time but since the last half-moon he’s being more civil. He is a little annoyed that I put another hook through my ear but he couldn’t stay mad at me for it.

Oakpaw: I think my training is going well. Ruggedpeak has been hinting I might get assessed soon and Willowstream keeps taking me to practice fishing while I’m not busy. I think it confuses my dad a bit, but they’re both like another set of parents to me. Anyway, I’m super excited to become a warrior!

Some doodles of the walking ray of sunshine after Macbeth is finished, he gets pretty banged up when he and Banquo are attacked but Fleance manages to run across the thunderpath and escape.

Also, he outgrows Malcolm by quite a lot by the end of his apprenticeship.

Riverclan references!

Riverclan is basically England in Macbeth as well as being the location for Othello

RiverClan = Othello

ShadowClan = Hamlet

from Romeo and Juliet, the Montague’s were SkyClan while the Capulets were WindClan.

The in-AU timeline has the plays happening at different times, R&J occurred very recently so, Wind and Sky are trying to rebuild bridges. Paris survived his fight with Romeo and has a lot of guilt over the events, Benvolio is trying to put his past aside for the sake of the clans but he holds a lot of resentment towards everyone who was involved.

Othello is an ex-rogue who worked his way up to deputy by being reliable and loyal, although lots of cats dislike him because of his background.

Hamlet, named as successor to his father, is still an apprentice who has a habit of “exploring” places he shouldn’t. As an older kit, he went missing for a while then arrived back at camp with Horatio, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.

Hi Thistlestar?? What do you think of Riverclan? Anyone notable in there or are they all insane.

Thistlestar: You don’t know the half of it. They’re mad.

Thistlestar: Vinestar, their leader, is a gullible fool. He’ll trust any cat who strolls into camp and claims to be friendly. How the RiverClan hasn’t collapsed under his leadership is beyond me.

Thistlestar: His deputy is disgusting. It was bad enough that they let a rogue join the clan, but putting one of those filthy ingrates in a position of power? RiverClan should be ashamed.

Thistlestar: I’m not too sure about the medicine cats. Viperflower doesn’t seem to get along with Aspentail, but I always believed him to be intelligent. As for his apprentice - fires seem to start whenever he’s around, something I’d rather steer clear of.

Thistlestar: And then how could I ever forget my brother-in-law, Crowheart or his son?

Thistlestar: They terrify me.
