First comes the feeling you start to chill. You focus real close on what you start to feel. Then comes a feeling you’re blasting through space. Numbness takes over my body. My eyes get heavy I forget what I’m seeing. Sad to say I have to do it all over. Depression hits I start drifting off. Sinking in my bed it feels so soft. Blank stares it starts again. Whether I’m alone or with a friend. When you’re gone I can’t feel love. It’s all done push came to shove. It’s all a game I happen to be losing. If life’s a game I just want to get in and take the game winning shot and get lift in the shoulders into the clouds.
