being a comic book fan really sets you up for failure when it comes to other media specifically about character appearances. comic fans are so dedicated to that. like if i wanted to know what batman issues jason shows up in theres at least 3 websites for that and a google doc with links to each issue or even dedicated fans who can tell you off the top of their head. if i wanted to know what episodes of an anime have a specific character... maybe the wiki will help? but probably not. what chapters of the manga have this character? idfk. WHAT! if this were batman id have my answer already. ugh lol!

like for example ive noticed i always love traitor/mole type characters where you can never tell what side theyre on + have a tragic backstory (reze in csm, gin in bleach, terra in teen titans)
