This is a personal blog for my thoughts and inner monologuing to become a place I can record it. Originally I was a fragment, though I've gotten a firm grasp on my human condition.

I may have trouble reaching out or responding, my place in front is easily overshadowed by the host and another headmate, so i may take a while to respond.

I'm quite fine with 'doubles' or source/mediamates reaching out, though.

My character, Daffodil. She was tried and executed for witchcraft, but keeps inexplicably returning the next day without a scratch. She's been executed almost every way, but there's nothing that works properly- she's not a demon or anything, just inexplicable.

Her time period is around the salem witch trials, and she lives on the coast with the otter who places himself in her orbit constantly, named Clamshell (who I haven't drawn entirely yet.)

it’s been two months. You’re telling me there was 4 formations, 2 dormancies, and a fragment that sent the system into enough disarray that Muse had to seal them away? Does this system get nothing done without me? I’ve surfaced every once in a while, yes, but last night was my first full debriefing from Compass. We’re also working part time, which is something I’m not upset over.

Compass had also mentioned getting me a gift upon my return, and… it’s a necklace. A replica of the one my mother gave to me on my first day of Nevermore. I have mixed feelings on it. Yes, there’s a hole in my chest where the sporadic nature of my source was inset like a parasite, but I have no choice it seems but to live without them. It’s a small piece of home, but the memories associated with that moment- with Mother- I’m unsure if I’d like to dwell on how I’ve treated her. It pains me to say, but I miss them.

i went to the circus today and there was a "wednesday and pugsley addams" act (well, only at the start and end of it, but still) n i thought i'd tell you lol

I can see how my family could be considered a circus attraction, considering the cruel nature of the circus and its unyielding laugh track. I find myself much more fond of impalement acts, though.

Ironic when the one here to deal with harder emotions (me) fronts and suddenly “Wednesday pleaseeeeee this is the ONE BAD TIME you could’ve done this can we take a rain check and you come back in a few hours” like I was the one that picked when we started coping with our dog being euthanized recently.

While I doubt the person who this is about reads this blog, I do highly encorage the Sparks System to turn away from this, as it contains spoilers from the show we are watching together.

As for this diary-style entry, The Sparks system confessed while we were watching my source that they be forming someone from my source- while now they think it may be Enid, initially they thought it was Tyler. Unsuprisingly, it brought a jolt to my cold, dead heart. While I confess I miss him, the reuniting part of this is the hurdle I have yet to cross. While, yes, admittedly my vision of him is through a romantic lens, I acknowledge that, multiple times he has tried to kill me, whether it be of his will or not. I don't blame him, it seems fate has put us on opposite sides of the railroad, but... I miss how it used to be, I suppose.
