Chrissy jokingly called Billy a “good boy” and patting the top of his head after he got her something from a shelf that was too high for her to reach. He blushed profusely and stood frozen in place. So he kept doing a bunch of menial things around the house, hoping that she would do that again. She did so sporadically and he loved it. That’s when Billy discovered that has a praise kink and is into pet play.

I really love Leon but the drinking worries me. Why did Capcom make him an alcoholic...

So hear me out. Many many years ago, there was theories about this. The conclusion was that he drinks to control the side/after effects of the infection with las plagas. In RE4 he was injected with the virus and believe is (for some people) that it made his alcohol and pain tolerance incredibly high (the way he doesn't die in vendetta???? After being thrown against a concrete wall????????), and also gave him, to some extend, troubles to control himself, and he uses alcohol to do so.

Basically, we discussed this in 2012 or so, it doesn't affect his human side much, but controls the leftover virus in his system.

I feel like it’s the perfect time to make a Needful things movie. (Honestly I think a miniseries would work better. The book is fucking huge) I’m sure there was one close to the books release but I think it’d be smart to make now. Considering; Ace Merrill. Kiefer Sutherland is around the perfect age to play older Ace now… however he might be to old actually? I don’t remember his exact age or Ace’s.

I just think it’d be fun to have the actor Carry over from one Castle Rock movie to the next. (I’m sort of reading Castle Rock books in reverse/random order as I started with Needful things and am now reading The Body aka stand by me.) I’m not sure if there’s really anyone else from prior stories in needful things? Or that have at least been in other movies to carry over- that sort of thing.

However fans of Ace may not be a fan. It’s real “this is rat man. We all hate rat man. Leave rat man.” Vibes

About A very quick read written as a sort of memoir from the protagonist but this book takes place when he was 12 years old with his 3 other friends at the time. One of them overhears the older boys talking about a body they found in the woods and so obviously the gang of twelve year olds decide to go look for it.

Review This was a very quick read and I finished it in one sitting and felt like totally the type of shit I would get myself into. I liked the characters and how he was able to develop each of them in a way that made it seem very intimate even though the book wasn't very long at all. I feel like there's a lot of references to the actual author especially at the parts where he talks about himself in the present tense about how he feels like he just pumps out books and lives this monotonous existence but that might just be me overanalyzing.
