Depends on who...
Jakol, Vixen, Fenrir and Liora can eat a fairly normal amount of food and be full.
Magnus and Hazem require roughly twice the amount of a normal helping before starting to feel full.
Santiago, glutton that he is, can eat three times what a normal human can be relatively full.
