Officially licensed 1986 capsule machine figurine of a Fire Flower from Super Mario Bros., from Japan.

It is nearly unrecognizable as a Fire Flower, being a fanciful interpretation of the original artwork on the right that itself is not as round as the in-game sprite, and would not be identifiable as a Fire Flower at all if it wasn't included in the same set of figurines as other Super Mario Bros. characters and items.
