Here is another way if you’re kinda big down there like I am and have a squishy butt.

So like all you need is non-thong panties or underwear in your normal size. They don’t have to be extra tight. A long maxipad (preferably a reusable one for the environment’s sake).

Put the maxi pad in the panties normally like anyone who would use a maxi pad would.

Squat just enough for your butt cheeks to spread a little.

Take your dominant hand which is my right and pull the penis down toward your knees.

With your other hand make the Mr. Spock hand sign and put it over the shaft of the penis and push the testicles up into the little cavity.

Now with your dominant hand bring the empty sack and penis back to your butt cheeks while using Mr. Spock to keep the testicles in place

With both the empty sack and penis between ypur cheeks stand up and as your cheeks close everything should stay put as you remove your hands.

Pull up your panties and pants or leggings or drop your skirt. Whatever the case may be.

Everything should be nice and contained and hidden.

The purpose of the pad is to help keep everything in place if you have to do any extreme squatting or spreading or anything that might cause your cheeks to spread. They coated one side of a glass plate with the starches and sensitized the other side with a mixture of gelatin and light sensitive materials (silver nitrate) and loaded these plates in their cameras..
