My quick breakfast this morning. Spicy Korean instant noodles (Cook as Normal). Drain off almost all the broth. Add a little sesame oil, chili 🌶 oil, soy sauce, and spicy vinegar. Give a good stir, fry an egg and add jalapeños and scallions! Have at it, I like mixing in the yolk!🔥 took less than 10 min!
