My stories are written as short scenes, not necessarily in chronological order. I just write things when I’m in the mood for a specific kind of whump. The characters of The Story all have established “canon” timelines and I can say what will happen to them in 10, 20 years, just ask. Everyone else is in the open. I also write “non-canon” stuff all the time because these are my OCs and I can do what I want. These will be tagged as such. Feel free to ask questions, nothing is a secret here.

When Whumpee misconstrued one of Caretaker’s questions/concerns/casual comments to be something they are sorry for/ should be apologetic about or that Caretaker meant for them to stop doing that thing or was being demeaning about it.

“You’re bleeding!” “Sorry! I’m sorry! I won’t get it on anything!”

“Does your ankle hurt?” “I can still do the [thing Caretaker asked if they wouldn't mind doing]. It doesn’t hurt that bad.”

“You’re sniffling…. Are you crying?!” “I promise I won’t be loud! I just can’t stop! I’m sorry!”

“You’re breathing a bit loud. Is your rib hurting again? … WHY ARE YOU HOLDING YOUR BREATH?!”

“Your room was a bit warm today. Is that how you like it? I sleep hot so I would end up sweating all night with my heater on that high.” (A few nights later) “C-Caretaker? Is.. is it alright if I t-take the blanket from the couch to m-my room t-tonight?” “Of course! How are you still cold when you're room is so hot? Are you feeling well?— WHY ARE ALL YOUR WINDOWS OPEN?! ITS WINTER!!”

“You sure are hungry! Looks like your appetite is coming back.” “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to take too much. I won’t eat tomorrow to make up for it.”

“Your hair looks different!” “I know… I'm sorry. I didn't really like it in [old-Whumper’s-favorite-style] so I changed it. I’ll change it back though, 'cause I know it makes me more pleasing to look at. I’m sorry.”

"Why are there bandage wrappings in the garbage?" "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to take your supplies without asking! Its just that one of my stitches opened up and it wouldn't stop bleeding."

“What’s the sub goal? Uh, 50k subs and I’ll brand whumpee with ‘Subscribe to Whumper’”

Imagine an audio recording of whumpee crying being used as a twitch alert.

handler assures others that living weapon whumpee is incapable of pain or feelings. they explain time and time again to concerned colleagues that whumpee isn’t human at all, just a soulless machine created for killing/servitude.

so when caretaker has to dress whumpee’s wounds (either post-rescue or during whumpee’s “employment”), it’s done without any kind of pain relief. it’s against caretaker’s better judgement, but there’s no use in wasting resources on someone who doesn’t feel anything, right?

but of course, none of it’s true. handler just lies about whumpee in order to make sure no one treats/views them as a person.

perhaps whumpee assumes that the pain is all part of some punishment, or that they really just aren’t deserving of proper care. either way, they don’t complain. they known that weapons don’t have needs or wants.

Caretaker has always used journals and diaries to write down their thoughts. They often put their frustrations and worries in there, just to get it out of their head. It's been great for them.

Then they have to take care of Whumpee. They gladly do it, they want to help and care for Whumpee.

But Caretaking is hard. It's so hard and they need an outlet, so they write their thoughts down. They write about how tired they are, how scared of something going wrong, and how they feel so much pressure.

They write about Whumpee, whenever there is something that bothers them. About how Whumpee frustrates them sometimes.

These are not rational thoughts, or balanced out. They're just the thoughts Caretaker needs to get out.

But one day Whumpee finds the journal. And they know they shouldn't snoop, but they do anyway. And they read it all, how much Caretaker hates this, how much of a burden they are.

What happens next? Does Caretaker find Whumpee reading it, and explains? Does Whumpee silently leave? Do they act like they never read it? Do they try to make up for their behavior?

Fantasy drugs 👀

-A stimulant that enhances every sensation. Every touch, no matter how gentle, feel like sandpaper on your skin. What would be mild pain becomes agony, pleasure becomes overwhelming to the point of pain

-Ever heard of locked in syndrome? Make it a drug. The body is paralyzed, unable to move. But every sensation remains, and the mind? The mind is fully aware. Whumpee hears, sees and feels everything. They're all too aware, and they will remember. Unwanted touches, excruciating pain, they're aware of it all, completely, totally helpless. They can't even scream.

-a drug that temporarily mutes all your senses. You're still very much aware, you're fully conscious, and it differs from locked-in drug in that you're not paralysed. You're just deafened, blinded, you can't smell or taste or feel anything. You won't even feel the pain until it wears off. It probably wears of gradually too - maybe you smell the blood before anything else. Maybe you see the horrific wounds before you feel them. Or hear cruel taunts as they tell you what they've done to you before you can see or feel it for yourself.

-Enthralling drug. With a mix of whumpers DNA, they render you an empty shell, existing only to serve them. You take orders only from Whumper, who has to order you to sleep, eat, do ANYTHING. You feel nothing. You're aware of nothing. You're barely even alive. It'll wear off... eventually. Better hope Whumper doesn't find a way to make it permanent.

Prompt: A young Whumpee trying to escape from Whumper, who finds a couple walking together and asks, "can you protect me?"

Without hesitation, the two strangers agree to take care of Whumpee, and they become their caretakers, ending up adopting Whumpee.

Ok so I didn’t know daydreaming about whump was so common?? Wow. It should work the opposite way but imagining being tortured and acting a little bit of it out helps me sleep?? I pretend I’m a character and rescued after and then fall unconscious in someone’s arms and it works every time. Sometimes it takes me longer so I pretend like I’m in the ICU afterwards, listening half-conscious as people whisper about me in concern

Whumpee who, after being rescued, mentally keeps track of all the 'mistakes' they made. They bumped into Caretaker. They broke a glass. They didn't reply. They woke up late.

They're sure Caretaker will punish them. Maybe not now, but they must be keeping track. To punish them all at once.

Their nerves build and build, until they can't take it anymore and start crying. "Please," they beg. "Just do it already."

Caretaker is confused, but once they figure out what Whumpee means, their heart breaks.

They reassure them that Whumpee will never be punished again.

I'm here to bring y'all some living doll whumpee propaganda - and I mean living doll, not conditioned whumpee who thinks of themself as an object (those are good but y'all write them better than me).

And I do mean propaganda.

No mess, no proof of someone living having been hurt. Blood splattered means violence happened, but... What is a bit of broken porcelain, or whatever other material left on the floor, if not something to just sweep away and put with the trash?

No chance at salvation. Who would try to save Whumpee, after all? It's not like they're an actual, living, thinking being - yes, anyone else in their situation could (arguably, but in every setting there's at least one revolutionary) be argued as a person, someone could want to save them. But Whumpee is a plaything. Nobody will come for them.

Being made for someone else. Being made, their purpose defined from the start, whatever it may be. Specially good when that purpose is "take a beating without dying or breaking that much". Specially good when it very much isn't, but that's what happens anyway - with Whumpee not being able to even expect it, no matter how clear the signs, because that's just not how it's supposed to be.

Failing at that purpose, when it's the second - because now they're in pain, now they're suffering, and so it doesn't matter anymore what they were meant to do - they can't. And who- what even are they, at that point?

No chance for adaptation. Whumpee isn't a living being, after all: they can't get used to pain, to overstimulation, to discomfort, to stress. They can't grow around things, can't have their body change to save them, in whatever little ways a living being can make themselves survive - no scar tissue, no numbing of the feelings when it gets too much. Whatever happens, they can only take it - and keep taking it, their body responding in the same exact way each time.

The way conditioning works for a being that's meant to be obedient. It's no longer a matter of Whumpee breaking down and becoming obedient, it's a matter of them refusing to be reprogrammed to Whumper's whims - even if everything in their brain is trying to cave in.

The chance for dehumanization to hit even harder. After all, if Whumpee believes themself to be a person, in whatever way "person" can be defined to include them, then what happens when they're shown just how different they are to a real person? What happens when Whumper decides to correct them, no matter what it takes?

Pet whump where the whumpee gets sold/given to a new owner, who turns out to be a lot more gentle and kind than expected (and much much better than whumper). Like, they still maybe treat whumpee a bit like a pet, but mayyybe they treat whumpee just a bit more like a human than anyone else, and they don't hurt whumpee.
