Finally rewriting this blog's pinned. You can call me Uri (he/him). I'm an adult, and write for other adults. This blog is centered on written content in the whump genre, purely because of my personal enjoyment as a sadist. Do not call my works "survivor fiction".

Hurt/no comfort, and generally caretaker-less whump.

All sorts of tragedy - see above. Protagonists dying terribly and the bad guys winning is sort of how I wanted every movie to end ever since I was a kid.

Sibling whump.

My preferred whumpee types are defiant, violent, or generally "not perfect victim" whumpees — and do not have strong preferences outside of that for any other trait, besides really enjoying disabled and aromantic characters as a disabled aro man. I don't tag for female whumpees/whumpers, but I do write them (and reblog a lot of ladywhump).

I cannot promise to reliably tag reblogs — I tag visual works (with # whump art), gore, and noncon, according to my own criteria, and do not have an issue with being asked to tag specific posts or themes; in fact, since I have a pretty high tolerance to most whumpy themes, I encourage people to tell me if I miss a tag in my own posts. However, the answer to "can you tag (broad theme that gets reblogged often) in all the posts you make/reblog about it" is likely to be no.

I don't mind being sent prompts or asked to elaborate on things I've written! Please do so. Elaborate requests are best sent to people who take those — heavy demand avoidance means I am not one of them.

I post prompts now and then — and would be really happy to see people put their own spin on those. Feel free to use them, tag me, reblog short or longer prompts (which you might see written as snippets with generic names [whumpee/whumper/caretaker]) with your own additions, and whatever else you can think of.

A defiant Whumpee who bites back against Whumper's demands

"Stop crying" "then stop touching me!"

"I better not feel teeth" *bites*

"do you want me to fuck your hole instead?" "I want you to get off of me!"

the gag is too big. it’s thick and intrusive, made to push deep into whumpee’s mouth and even into their throat, forcing them to battle their gag reflex. whumper buckles it tightly around their head, straps digging into their cheeks. whumper holds their head in place after, studying them with an angry contempt.

“you’ll learn one way or another,” whumper tells them, voice sharp. “you are not in charge here. you are not in control. you have no choices.”

anger flares right back in whumpee’s chest and they thrash, trying on instinct to bite one of the hands holding their head. of course it doesn’t work - the gag is in the way, and the force of their struggling makes them choke violently on the protrusion shoved into their throat. tears gather in their eyes and spill down their cheeks, triggered by the intrusive object, and shame and rage fight each other for prominence.

“or,” whumper says, tilting their head and smirking, wicked and bright. “you do have a choice, i suppose. if you keep trying to fight me, i have a friend i can borrow a real reliable, workhorse of a fucking machine from. if you want, we can get that set up, and you can get battered here-“ a rough hand grips them tight between the legs “-for hours and hours, until you’re so bruised inside that by the time i fuck you myself, it will hurt so bad you puke.” they lean in close, mouth nearly brushing the shield of the gag. “does that feel like a smart choice to you?”

Habitual whumper who always needs the trill of a new whumpee.

Maybe whumper is a wealthy socialite who constantly picks up poor, naive lovers. They wine and dine them, use and abuse them in a thousand ways. Over and over, new types of pleasures and punishments until it's all become routine and whumpee is jaded and used to it. Maybe even loves it. Then they dump whumpee and get a new, fresh one with stars in their eyes.

Maybe whumper is a crime bosses who delights in taking a personal interest in breaking in nee hires low in the organization. Whumpee thinks they're lucky to be chosen by the boss until they find out all the different punishments whumper knows and all the tint excuses they'll make to use them on whumpee. And once whumpee is 'properly trained' they move on to the next nrmew recruit.

Habitual whumper with a string of former whumpees who all have the same kind of scars in the same places. Whip marks, cigarette burns, teeth marks, cuts and bruises. A string of former whumpees who all look almost jealously at the new bait who has taken their place.

Confessions on the brink of death a character accepts out of kindness because it won’t matter soon anyway, but then the other person doesn’t die, the other person expects them to carry through on their promise to love them and gets angry when they try to back out. Blackmail held over someone’s head just to force them to flirt and make romantic advances on another person, so it looks like they wanted this relationship. Talks about marriage and happily ever afters together as a threat. “I love you, I love you, I love you” as a violation that you’re expected to smile at and be grateful for, because you’re supposed to want to be loved. noncon romance.

adding to this: feeling love against your will. love forced on you by some power beyond you. love that you know you wouldn’t feel if you weren’t blessed (cursed) by it. love that you don’t want and is ruining you and that everyone keeps praising you for feeling. love that everyone around you gets mad at you for rejecting anyway. love that’s made so overpowering that it wipes out any semblance of “you” that there is to make way for a thing that will love someone back.

Threat of noncon (?)

Whumper had no desire to do anything with Whumpee; the sexual humiliation was purely a show of power. Sexual dominance without anything actually sexual happening.

Whumpee would be commanded to strip and show themself off. They would be thrown to their knees in front of Whumper’s crotch. They would be pinned to the bed and stared down.

Whumper didn’t want to assault Whumpee, but they did want them to know that they could. Besides, making their little torture victim sexually subservent was way more fun to Whumper than sex could ever be. They’d get so angry and embarrassed.

anyways it is very important to be aware of that kind of stuff bc we live in a racist society and its very easy to perpetuate systemic violence even in the little ways (im not perfect myself and like im somewhat more lighter-skinned than my peers even so i dont feel the hit of racism as roughly as some of them do) BUT for what its worth i think its a very worthwhile line to walk. whump is also about the validation of pain & exploring suffering while humanizing your unlucky main character and Black (+ other nonwhite) characters should get that too. make your nonwhite whumpees cry their eyeballs out and feel hollow in face of the world today #myagenda

they also deserve tragic backstories + sweet caretakers + the reclamation of bodily autonomy in recovery + identity issues + drowning in the puts of utter despair + generally have the worst time of their lives while an audience sympathizes with them. it shouldnt be just the white boys who get it. hold my hand. let's put our Black characters through such hellish torment that they come out on the other side feeling a tangible gab between who they became vs who they used to be. together.

(still on the same vein, this post by @/creatingblackcharacters is a pretty nice resource to start out i think every now and then i reread it i think it has nice things to keep in mind)
