The elevated lunge is a great movent to improve knee stability. Time under tension is vitally important for muscle growth. This variation of the lunge forces one to keep the front leg under tension consistently through the movement. To make sure the right muscles are being recruited focus on keeping the knee aligned over the toe and making sure the front heel stays in contact with the elevated surface.

Monster Band Squats are great for correcting the squatting movement. The band forces you to spread your knees and hips which allow you to go deeper into the squat without rounding your lower back and increasing the risk of injury. Pushing the knees outward prevents lower back pain and keeps your femurs clear of your pelvis on the way down. This movement targets your glutes, engages the hip rotators, and releases the pressure on the knees.
As a closed chain exercise the plyometric push up target the chest and upper body muscles. This movement gives athletes a shorter window to catch themselves on the eccentric movement and redirect the force produced.
