Sometimes I picture Kevin's face hearing about "misinterpreted brotherly love" from Andrew's mouth. Sometimes my brain is able to picture the pang of recognition in his gut and the grimace on his face just right

Renee would be cass

Allison would be stephanie

And thats as far as I got before the characters and personalities and roles in the stories got weird so I'm just going to stop while I'm ahead

I never really got why the upperclassmen were mad at Andrew about the whole Matt thing when Matt’s mom literally allowed it

Thinking about that time in TKM when Neil punched Aaron and “Aaron took a couple of bored steps out of Neil’s reach and calmly checked the corner of his mouth with his thumb.”

Being bored is not 🚫 a normal human response to being hit. Aaron didn’t even flinch, and I think that shows how traumatized he is because of Tilda that being struck doesn’t even phase him anymore.

It also seems like he does the same trick Neil does where he looks at a person’s arms to judge the safe distance away from them, and I think it’s so sad that they both had to learn how to do that.

when I first read the books I immediately shipped Kevin and Jeremy. Then when I read TSC I started shipping the three of them (Kevin, Jeremy, and Jean)

I find it very interesting that Kevin is a history nerd especially considering how his own life’s story has been kept in the dark from his mother dying to living in the nest no one will ever know the full story about the life of Kevin Day

ok hear me out, au where Jeremy joins the foxes. He basically gets the Allison treatment and gets disowned by his family for something that happened in his senior year of high school. this is just a little of like what tou could do with this but I would love to hear people’s thoughts

Kevin Day's favorite team is the kindest one in the sport. His body was the first Riko Moriyama practiced his "fledgling cruelties" on. He learned French as the only mercy he could offer in the Nest. He was never family but a pet to the very people who raised him. He saw an Olympic future in a no-name striker from Arizona. He begged the same one to leave when it came between him dying and everything they've worked towards. He gives Andrew Minyard a reason to live. He has has never and will never truly leave the Nest.
