Ooor there's no celebration about it at all since we don't know if theres a relevance in the pass of time. Indeed, it's more probably the celebration of Trizza's griggling day than the pass of a sweep.

Well theres the posibility that they make it as a celebration of another sweep of conquest. Everything is from a speculative position, so it's hard to tell.
