✦⁺。 250g banana (between 2-3)
✦⁺。 50g white sweetener
✦⁺。 30g brown sweetener
✦⁺。 5g vanilla extract
✦⁺。 1 egg
⋆₊ ⊹ 100g flour
⋆₊ ⊹ 1 tsp baking powder
⋆₊ ⊹ 1 tsp baking soda
potential add ons for flavour:
⋆₊ for fruit: 150g of any of your choice (berries r nice)
⋆₊ for chocolate (not chip): 20g low cal hot chocolate powder + 15g of cacao powder dissolved in just enough hot-ish water to make a paste

𝟏 preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) fan forced.
𝟐 mash the bananas until smooth
𝟑 add the butter, white & brown sweetener, vanilla the egg and mix until combined
𝟒 add all the dry ingredients—the baking powder, baking soda and flour—until a batter forms
𝟓 mix in any add ons here (like berries or chocolate)
𝟔 line a loaf pan with baking paper & pour your batter inside
𝟕 bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
𝟖 let the loaf cool completely before slicing

⋆₊ ⊹ 15g cacao powder
⋆₊ ⊹ 80g white sweetener

⋆₊ ⊹ 3g baking powder
⋆₊ ⊹ 20g powdered monkfruit sweetener

𝟏 preheat the oven to 170ºC (340ºF) fanforced
𝟐 dissolve 20g of the hot chocolate powder and all the cacao powder into enough boiling water to make a paste
𝟑 leave to cool slightly, and then add the white sweetener, egg and yoghurt, and mix to combine
𝟒 mix in the flour and baking powder until combined
𝟓 bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
𝟔 while baking, mix the other 20g of hot chocolate powder and the powdered monkfruit sweetener with enough boiling water to make a paste
𝟕 once the cake has cooled completely and the icing has cooled slightly, pour over the top of the cake and spread as desired
𝟖 can eat once cool to touch or when completely cooled down. enjoy! :P
