Hey!

I have been writing a lot of my feelings on my computer lately. It is easier to type fast and get them all out. I’m still using my journal but I’m on a trip at the moment and will be away until next week. March is a really busy month for me.

I’m ecstatic that the spring equinox is here and we are here to witness it! I’m going on a girls trip and that feels like the right way to celebrate. Spring break is coming soon too. Any plans?

My recent journal page. Winter has made room for a lot of introspection. I’ve written a lot this winter, usually just dumping my feelings or trying to get my thoughts in order. It’s very therapeutic.

Tomorrow around the world, different cultures will welcome Spring. It is the Lunar New year and Chinese New Year. It is an exciting time.

I know it’s about to be spring time, but it feels like I’m starting a brand new life. I’ve been ready for awhile now..

Stay Sensitive (TW)

Brutality isn't unknown to Sensitivity, rather it only suffices if it is justified. There are things worse than brutality that are justifiied in the name of children, innocence, safety.

Predators deserve to get taken out. There is no cure. There are people in jail for marijuana ( A PLANT), while your favorite politicians are deeply harming(and worse) children.

Please, let us get together and have a plan. I've been hearing all kinds of crazy things, espeically about project 2030 and how all of this has been planned. Even the exposure... I heard that they're hoping for a one world government.. While I am nervous to be playing into the exact game they want us losing, I feel a deep need to have and fight for justice for all these children who lost their lives. For the ongoing mind games and illusions. For all the ways the United States, as a nation of human beings, has been let down..

Hello Beautiful People

In the wake of everything going on, I just want to remind you that we are ~energetic beings.~ We thrive off energy and we also emit energy through our hearts. Some would call that an AURA but we literally have an electromagnectic current around our body because of the way our hearts beat. We are all like giant signals of love.

Our brain also sends electronic currents throughout our body to signal us when to move, to rest, to drink, to eat. While I know in modern days it is hard to be mindful of what you consume, it is still an inmportant lesson. Esepcially when it comes to mental health and wellness.

I just wanted to let you all know a mantra, chant or affirmation I will complete if my body is feeling depleted or if I'm feeling overly emotional about something that I have really no power over or control of.

I repeat it just like this,

"I call all my energy back to me, cleansed and purified."

Sometimes, I will add,

"Any and all negative attachments are cleansed, purified and set free."

One that I used to say was, "I am on the timeline of the highest good."

All three of these are great to remind you of your power. You have the power to shift your attention. You have the power to choose differently. I know we're in scary times about you but it would benefit everyone for you to keep your wits about you.

I love you so much and we can get through this together.

Stay safe, let justice rule. In good vs. evil good will always prevail.

Part of being the creator of your reality is remaining in your power when it seems like life is working against you. It's consciously choosing to redirect your thoughts towards positivity and abundance when redirecting your thoughts towards positivity and abundance is the last thing you want to do. It's knowing that there is a way through even if you don't currently see one. It's knowing that no matter what your current circumstance looks like right now, your life is still working out in your favor.

I’ve only ever done like 2 sticker pages ever; I usually do collages. I love it a lot! I’m gonna do a big brain dump on the next page. 5 days left of January!

I tried out some journal prompts and I loved them! Instead of just brain dumping, it’s a more structured approach and I find it to be a lot neater than I usually write.

Definitely worth a try if you need some extra introspection or reflection. There are so many good prompts on Pinterest, that’s where I found these!

Hello!

My name is Kaylee and I am dedicating 2026 to becoming a better me. In every aspect of life, I want to expand. I want to learn more, read more, exercise more, go outside more, talk more, I want to eat more healing foods, drink more tea, love more, adore more, sing more songs.

I am so happy and excited to see 2026. The world may be scary but I know there's power to the people. All we are is a powerhouse, all we have done is endured. It's time we take the power that is rightfully ours. It's time we say no to theft, say no to abuse, say no more to violence and attacks. Say no more to profiling, to racism, to hatred.

It is time we take back our autonomy. We take back the earth. (our home) It is time we stand up for one another. It is time we fight back. It is time to do what we can to take back our lives and the lives of everyone around us. I don't know about you but it hurts me to see other people suffering. I want NO MORE of it. I want peace, I want equality, I want a better world for us all. I want shared resources, I want selfishness to find its way off this planet. I want all children to be adored, loved deeply and cared for.

My heart hurts for this planet. I'm looking for ways to help. Ways that I am able to help because I am just one person and I do have things I need to work on personally and at home. I cannot save the whole world alone.

So, if you like that you're hearing or if you agree even in the slightest, we should connect! I am starting this community to do all the things listed above. I am giving my mind a space to play, I am giving my nervous system a place to rest, to be free, to speak freely. To find solutions, to find likeminded souls, to hopefully open people's mind's to possibilities. Good ones.
