Who Is Sage?

Hey there, it's Sage! I made my first post on this blog a few weeks ago, and I've been absolutely blown away by how sweet and supportive everyone has been. So, I wanted to take a moment to say hi and introduce myself properly:

I'm a 23-year-old computer science student who's slightly nerdy (in the best way, of course). When I'm not making custom content you can find me programming, drawing, gaming, or just being generally creative.

Now, fair warning, my blog might be a bit of a bumpy ride. As a newbie to creating custom content, you may see a few (or more than a few) screw-ups along the way, but I'm excited to learn and grow with each post.

I would also like to mention that my asks and messages are always open to requests and ideas! While I might not be able to fulfill every request, I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting projects that fit my vibe. So don't be shy—hit me up with your wildest ideas!

First things first: all of my CC is 100% free. I'll never lock anything behind paywalls or make you sit through annoying ads. That being said, if you do want to support me and my creative endeavors, I do have a Patreon. However, please know that I don't offer any exclusive content for Patreon supporters—beyond my eternal gratitude! Now, onto the TOU. Here's the scoop:

You're welcome to recolor my items and tweak the meshes to your heart's content. Get creative!

However, please do not upload any recolors or edits behind paywalls or ad links.

Finally, please don't re-upload my content or claim it as your own.

Hey! Just noticed you haven't been active for awhile, hope you've been doing alright!

Hi sweet anon! ❤️Thanks for reaching out. You guys are always the nicest!

I am doing sorta okay, I think. But I do believe that it is time for a little life update, as I did just go ahead and vanish for more than an entire month, so I hope that it is okay that I use you message as my little update space, and I really hope it doesn't come off as ranty. 🥹

Because I am sorry that I've been gone without any explanation. Life has been - I wouldn't say tough - but definetely busy the last month. 😪

Due to some unforseen circustances, I've had to get a job next to my studies, which is okay, I've been really lucky to land a nice one, but I'm gonna be real with you all - and I hope that is okay - my mood and motivation has been hiding somewhere below the basement. And because of that, I've been stuck in this neat little executive dysfunction loop, not doing any of the things that I'd actually planned, and then feeling guilty or ashamed for not doing said things, and then spiraling back to not doing them.

And then the idea of coming back here, like 3 weeks later, being like "Hey I'm still working very slowly on that project btw! Just not making any progress!" Just seemed maybe a tad bit scary? Am I overthinking this? I'm definetely overthinking this.

So, here we are, a little over a month later, and I think what I really wanted to say with this was just: I am here, I am alive, I will be coming back, and actually probably be doing the things I've planned, but right now I'm honestly not sure if that is going to be tomorrow, or next week, and I hope you guys are cool with that, and are willing to stick around for just a little while longer, while I try my very best to pull my shit stuff together. ❤️

While I'm finishing up the group project, I thougth I would upload a little collection of random CC items, that I've either been working on this month, or had lying around and not yet uploaded. Hi there, my favorite people! As I mentioned in my last post I hit 1k followers, and I really couldn't be more grateful that so many people have decided to follow my CC making journey! （づ￣3￣）づ╭❤️～

To celebrate this, I thought, "If one person creating an idea is great, then imagine how mind-blowingly awesome it would be if a thousand amazing individuals collaborated on a group project!" Okay, chaos might be the more realistic outcome, but chaos can be pretty darn fun too, right?

So, here's the plan: I want to invite you to a little group project, where we’ll use our collective creativity to see just how awesome of an item we’ll be able to make together. Now, I'll be in charge of creating the asset, but the idea and design is all up to you guys!

So, how do we do this?

Well, I’ve prepared 10 super duper serious questions, scientifically designed to make the absolutely best cc item ever! .. or something like that ..

All you have to do is answer the 10 questions, on the google form at the end of this post. The form is anonymous, and you do not need to have a google account to answer. Everyone is invited to participate, regardless of if you follow me or not.

On the 23rd of June I’ll collect the answers, and gather the most popular and creative ideas, and then I’ll start the process of making our collaborative cc item, which I am sure will be absolutely fantastic! ✨

I hope you’ll want to participate in my celebration, and that you’ll have fun answering my silly little questions. ❤️

gosh, that sure is a lot of people! I'm so thankful for all the support I've received these last couple of months, so thank you so so much to every single one of you, who has decided to follow my cc making journey! <3

✷ This new Entryway Essentials Set adds 24 new items including welcome mats, mirrors, a bench, table, basket, shelf, keyholder, umbrella holder (functional/non-functional versions), framed print, small/large plant, and 9 cute little clutter items.
