I'm always saying this but I love to think about Spock just doing normal ass biologist fieldwork (in space) while the plot's not looking. You know. He's just like vibing collecting soil samples. I find it really soothing

A major ruling den just had its millennium old matriarch get typhros and have herself offed by her formerly promising if kind of antisocial eldest son.
