A Queen’s Glamour - a quick glamour to give you the air and composure of a Queen.

Written for a friends Birthday Needed: - White and Purple candles for Inner Peace and Regality  - Lip Product of your choice  - Yourself  - A Mirror

Steps:  - Set up in front of your Mirror  - Take your candles and light them.  - Meet your eyes in the mirror and focus on your intent.  - Say/Think: “This is my hour, I command the power, to whisper my speech and for none to be out of my reach. I deserve respect and those who refuse it, i will correct. I am a Queen, and as such I will be seen"  - Wave your lip product over your candles and then apply it to your lips to seal in the glamour.  - Blow out your candles to close and start the spell. The glamour should wear off within 24 hours.

Hemispheric Emphasis

Information based on the distribution of planets between North, South, East, and West on the natal chart

So you may have your Sun in Aries. But this Sun in Aries may be overshadowed by the dominant Neptune and Pisces theme in your chart. Cusp signs

I think Jonathan Cairner summed it up brilliantly when he says “A cusp is an imaginary boundary between one zodiac and the next, for example between Cancer and Leo. Those unfamiliar with the practice of astrology will say they are born on a ‘cusp’, when the Sun is a few within a few degrees of the imaginary line that separates one sign from the next - and if, for instance, at their time of birth the Sun was a few degrees - or even days - from the division between (for example) Libra and Scorpio, will claim they possess some of the characteristics of each sign. While this may be true, it will have nothing to do with being born ‘on the cusp’, but will be due to other planets. Astrologers agree that the Sun is never divided between two signs”. How to find your dominants

I thought I make an actual post of it, so it may will be easier to find. :) There are many ways to find dominant planets (or signs), for example, you can do it manually by the “point-method” (I’ll get a link to that later on), but the easiest is to calculate it on astro.com.

This is the first thing you see when you open the page.

1. Hover your mouse over the Free Horoscopes menu. (1.pict.)

It should look something like this.

2. Now, choose Extended Chart Selection. (2)

You’ll see this on your monitor. Neptuna is a “fictional person”, this is just a nickname I usually use and I only created this profile for the sake of 101s.

3. Click on the Method Pullen/Astrology. (3)

This is how that section looks like. You can also choose from the Addictional Objects (marked with purple - 4) if you wish to add your Vertex or Juno for example.

4. From the options, choose the last one called Simple chart delineation by Walter Pullen.

You’ll get a long desciption. There are many interesting things, I reccomend reading it. :) But the we’re interested in dominants here.

5. Scroll down until you see this. (6) In this case, the dominant planet is Mars.

…Whereas the dominant sign is Pisces and the strongest element is water. The modalities are pretty balanced in this case.
