When you hit a nerve
Lo and behold, little did I know about the lay of these lands. I just re-blogged @bat-cat-reader's post on the Donnelly affair with a couple of questions to boot and poof! My replies are gone, my likes are gone and I find myself unable to access my DM window.
I suspect I got reported, but I still have to see something in my inbox to that effect.
If you happen to stumble on this post, kindly let me know. It would take more than that to get me in shambles.
Often I can’t see my replies/comments on a post. Tumblr has taken down many many of my comments/posts, and some weren’t even offensive nor have swear words .. well .. not many swear words.

OUTLANDER star Sam Heughan bankrolled a boxing business run by a shamed actor, we can reveal.
The screen hunk, 43, gave a £50,000 loan to Paul Donnelly’s firm BXNG Ltd — which is linked to a charity facing action from regulators.
Heughan provided his advance before concerns emerged about Donnelly’s conduct.
The pair appeared together in telly hit Outlander

We told previously how Donnelly, 46, had also come under fire over a debt collection outfit he’d been a director of, amid claims it had scammed business owners out of tens of thousands of pounds.
Now documents obtained by The Scottish Sun on Sunday show how he landed a cash boost from the telly series fave.
Both appear in the hit Starz time-travel drama, where Heughan plays hero Jamie Fraser while Donnelly has a minor role as former jailbird Ronnie Sinclair.
And they teamed up financially in 2021 around the time BXNG opened its gym in Milngavie, near Glasgow.
Heughan provided his advance before serious concerns emerged about Donnelly’s conduct.
A paper lodged at Companies House states: “The granting of a loan of £50,000 to the Company pursuant to a loan agreement entered into between the Company and Sam Heughan.”
Donnelly’s gym is also the base for the charity In Your Corner. Founded in 2020, it has pledged to provide free boxing and self-defence classes for adults with mental health issues and survivors of domestic and gender-based violence.
But In Your Corner is facing the threat of being struck off for failing to provide financial information to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
Their first set of accounts is now six months overdue.
After we approached Donnelly, he admitted Heughan had supported him and vowed to sort out his finances.
He said: “Firstly, Sam has been an extremely generous supporter of BXNG and the In Your Corner charity. We have been enormously grateful for his support.
“As a benefactor, he plays no active role in either BXNG or the charity.
“Therefore, he has received no payment or benefits and was only involved in helping a small business and local charity find its feet.”
Donnelly said In Your Corner’s overdue accounts would be filed within “a week or so”.
He added: “It has proved to be a complicated process but we want them filed as a matter of urgency to demonstrate we are a fully open and transparent organisation.
“And we are fully confident that, over time, we will be in a position to repay these loans in full.”
A charity’s failure to provide financial details means that OSCR officials are unable to assess whether it passes criteria to remain registered.
The new developments come two months after we revealed that another of Donnelly’s businesses was accused of conning clients.
Furious company owners told how they were “put through hell” after dealing with Vanguard Partners — a subsidiary of Caledonian Group Services Ltd, which listed Donnelly as its sole director from July 2018 until his resignation this February.
Juliette Thomas, 58, of London, signed an agreement for Vanguard to collect a debt of £49,747 before they charged her an extra £3,780 in alleged court fees in January 2021.
No documents were sent to say court proceedings had begun and she still doesn’t know whether the original debt was ever recovered.
We told in April how she later received the £3,780 fee back without any explanation.
The mum of four said: “Maybe Sam Heughan is unaware of all this.”
An OSCR spokesman said: “Communications with the charity are ongoing. We will not be commenting further during our inquiry process.”
Heughan’s representatives have been contacted for comment.
Who goes to bed with children, gets up wet, Spanish proverb. Sam is always supporting people close to him and it seemed like a good idea, with those free classes for people with mental problems and gender violence. It's a shame to see how this type of "friends" takes advantage of his name and his good heart and how a tabloid uses that same name to get clicks, even though Sam has nothing to do with the dubious dealings of the guy in question. I only remind you of his unpresentable driver in OL, who got a trip paid for by fans to NY for Tartan Day in 2016. A whole string of profiteers around him.🙄
According to the article, "A paper lodged at Companies House states: “The granting of a loan of £50,000 to the Company pursuant to a loan agreement entered into between the Company and Sam Heughan.”
Not a personal loan, apparently.
I have questions. When is the money due to be repaid? How is it to be repaid? What are the penalties agreed between S and that firm in case of late payment? Is there any interest? I also really hope we're talking about a secured loan, with some kind of guarantee on the personal assets of the directors of BXNG Limited, if payment defaults.
£50000 to Sam is probs the coin he throws in the middle console of his car, the man ain’t short of a dollar .. or in this case a £. He’s smart business man, I’m sure he’s got it all sorted. And if not, it’s his money, he can do whatever he wants with it.
OMG!! So beautiful .. so perfect!!

Me too, never doubted it!
Chuck it in with the already humongous pile of receipts collected, we’re going to need a bigger storage unit.

love it 🤣
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

@sgiandubh oh was that the thing about the Irish drinks company FMN?
Oh we absolutely love to see it. Mom and dad looking as in love as ever. I love that her heart is so protected by him and same to him with her.
…… I know I’m going to hell 🤷♀️
A little bird told me that the Irish based drinks company (not the one accessible to fans) is solely owned by Maestro and DF. No C's participation despite her name being front and center on the drink. Today Maestro is a promising businessman...
The little bird...
😜🤣
But seriously, Anon?! ... "...Maestro is a promising businessman"? 🤣🤣🤣
You know... Tony's only business that seems to be profitable for him is his marriage to Caitríona. 😉
Needed a good laugh today thanks anon😂😂😂
The man must be going for the Guinness Book Of Records …. category .. person who has filed for the most amount of bankruptcies!
